really like this place their selection of meat is amazing got a porterhouse and it was great. the butcher here are really friendly taught me which season to use and how long to cook a really thick steak which came out great. will be coming back

Real butchers. This is my go-​to butcher shop. The craft of butchery is a dying art. Still alive over here. Tons of pride in the quality they serve.

Went here a few years ago when I first moved into neighborhood. I also checked out their Manhattan store last year. Good selection of grass fed and natural meats. Super pricey. Real butcher. Been here twice and unfortunately the quality of the meat was not spectacular. I had Venison stew meat which was gamey. Rabbit ok but you can get cheaper in Chinatown same quality. A lot of the game meats were frozen not fresh. With the pricing and quality not a standard place for me to shop.

Fantastic butcher shop! Cousins to the owners of the one on the upper east side, this location is way more convenient for me to get to now that I’m a suburban chick. Ordering special cuts or game meat is very easy and you can pick up or they have a delivery service too.
Really knowledgeable staff and super friendly too. Prices are reasonable and they do a great job taking care of loyal customers too.

Been looking for a better meat place like my old ‘hood and I believe I’ve found it. Really good ribeye. I also got lamb shanks and it’s pretty good as well. I want to try more as we try some BBQ recipes. I do wish they had organic selections but looks like people care less about that than Californians! regardless the steak is amazing and my go-​to. I think it’s pricey but worth it. Parking can be a pain… I’ve called before so I can run in and out with my baby. Don’t forget to get fresh horseradish elsewhere (if you like that)– they don’t sell that there! oh, also their fresh sausages are good. The hot ones actually have kick, unlike other places!

My first time there on Friday and i fell in love, with the all the different kinds of meat, and the quality unbeatable. what an amazing butcher shop (had to be the best one in Queens). They are gong to know me by name there

I come to this spot about twice a week.
Staff are friendly, prices more than fair, and I waltz out there smiling every time.

Great butcher. Great staff. Love this place. Pricey but well worth the money. Probably one of the best butchers in the entire city. Grew up in the restaurant business with a father who went to the meat market and cut his own meat. I was used to having the best cuts of meat and the best quality. Ottomanelli’s has both great butchers and excellent quality.

There are tons of reviews for Ottomanelli butchers all over the city, but none for this remote Queens location. I have been to a few in the Manhattan, and the quality at this Queens location is very similar. The meats are first class, the prepared take out food is top notch. But here is the best part, they carry bison! Ground bison, Bison steaks, and Bison burgers. The prices are absolutely reasonable, and the quality is sincere. In addition to the bison, I ordered a chicken meatloaf which was divine. I hope more people from eastern Queens and border areas make a trip over here. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable, and take the time to make sure you are 100% satisfied. You would be doing yourself a disservice to not check it out.
