went here in a bind, was waiting on some friends for dinner and had to get it done the next day anyway so i stopped in. I only got my eyebrows threaded (which I’ve been doing for a decade now) but it wasn’t the best job. I definitely didn’t have any reactions or anything like other people are complaining about, it was just meh work. I only wanted a clean up because I actually shape my own brows but get a cleaning maybe once a month but the woman did take some extra out from under one eyebrow and didn’t really do a great job of cleaning around anyway. Had to do a lot of fixing myself after all. That being said, $ 5 was a steal compared to the $ 12 I usually pay but you get what you pay for

Absolutely a nightmare. The woman who did my eyebrows was extra aggressive and I thought I was bleeeding. Mind you I have been getting threaded for over 10 years now and thought I would check out a nearby place… worst experience ever. I now almost feel like I have skin burns (from threading not waxing) and I need to go to the dermatologist. Avoid at all costs. I highly doubt they have any formal training or esthetician/​beauty school training. Also, did not see them sanitize their hands. Avoid!

They’re amazing for eyebrows and lip. however I tried getting eyelash extensions done there and the allergic reaction that I got from them was insane. My eye was swollen and puffy for days and my doctor had to put me on antibiotics to get rid of the infection. When I confronted them about my situation they blamed me for the allergic reaction! They said that its my fault and they have nothing to do about it. There’s a picture of what my eye looked like below.

went in for an upper lip wax. Knew it was an issue when she applied wax all over instead of part by part. But no problem with that.
As she waxed on side and lifted the cloth off wax fell on my lips and she proceeded to use the cloth and rip it off my lip!
I got up and blood is just flowing. I told her I wasn’t paying for it and she shouldn’t have put the cloth on my lip that had wax on it. She proceeded to blame my dry lips and im like im the customer you should be apologizing. Dry lips or not my skin is all gone because you ripped it off!
Can’t really see in the photo, but it’s gone and im going back to speak to management.

Quick and cheap.
It wasn’t painful at all.
The downside: parking is horrible! It is difficult to find parking around here.
But, since it is close by my school, I would definitely come back.

Quick and affordable service. Parking can be a b****. But other than that they did a decent job on my eye brows. Decent, not stellar. Haven’t found a stellar eye brow place in queens yet. The search continues.

Conveniently located not too far from my job, I usually stop in right after work. Very clean, well lit place. The staff is very friendly and engaging, and make you feel comfortable. What I love is that they take their time with each customer no matter how many are waiting. They offer all common waxing and threading services and the prices are cheap! They have the usual Indian jewelry for sale– bangles, earrings, necklaces. They don’t have a punch card, which I’m surprised, but it’s ok since the price is right. I’ve recommended them to co-​workers and friends that live or work in the area. Great place!

Terrible attitude problems. My husband asked details on their facials, and they look super clueless! I would not trust anyone with my face especially if they do not know what they will be using on your face. Well, for me, your customer service can bring me into the store forever and your customer service loses me forever. Save your time and energy and go to Saba parlor in Jamaica instead.
