Never really noticed this place until I had to wait 15 minutes for my deep dish pizza next door. I had a mini size cookies n cream yogurt with orea topping. The yogurt itself was very rich and smooth! Pretty good! It was a big portion for being a «mini» size and the price was very worth it!($ 3.90) Only knocked one star off for the lack of flavors. They didn’t have too much variety to choose from. CASHONLY!

I love this place! Great, delicious, affordable yogurt(well, i love chocolate and thats the only flavor i tried, to be honest)! Plus, its close to where i work; and is barely ever crowded. Definitely recommend!

Is it just me or their vanilla custard taste like McDonald’s vanilla ice cream cone? O_o Small size could feed two ppl. I should’ve trusted fellow Unilocalers. It’s like eating a full meal. And the other thing I agree on is the service. The lady behind the counter was a bit rude. It wasn’t anything she said but the way she looked. She didn’t look happy as customers started walking in. It was damn near 100° that day I was there. Moving on…

I have found hair various times inside their frozen yogurt, it’s gross. The lady who takes the orders, I am assuming it’s the owner, is always in a really bad mood. She never smiles and she treats costumers like she is making us a favor by accepting our money. She only accepts cash, probably because she is doing it without paying taxes(which is illegal by the way). Overall, the place is dirty, customer service is horrible and I have found hairs in the yogurt! So I definitely don’t recommend this place.

Vanilla custard is amazing here! It’s rich and creamy. It’s so simple, yet so good. Their mini is perfect for 1 when you feel like overindulging, but it is also a shareable size. Service is just alright. The lady isn’t really friendly.

This place is a hidden gem! I had about 6 flavors to choose from but once I saw cookies and cream I ready knew that was the one for me. I decided to get their«mini» which is pretty much a medium size at every other ice cream shop I been to. It was heavenly! It tasted like chocolate chip Teddy Graham’s and was so rich and creamy, I couldn’t believe it was non-fat. I love the velvety consistency and mild sweetness. This is probably the best non-ice cream I have ever had… maybe even the so good it’s better than ice cream. No wonder they only have a few flavors. I rather have a few great flavors than a dozen semi-decent flavors to choose from. I’m guessing I was helped by the owner, who wasn’t very friendly at first but she did ask me if I have been there before. I said«no» and she told me «The cookies and cream is the best». Hell yes. Best cookies and cream I have ever had. I’m totally coming back for their biggest size.

I’ve been coming here with my dad for years and the yogurt is always good, ALWAYS! the cookies and cream is a classic that one never goes away and that’s the flavor I always end up going with. They get different flavors every now and then and most of them are all delicious and high quality. The customer service is great once you get to know Ivy. She has to warm up to you. But once she does she’s a sweetheart and really nice lady. I would recommend this gem to anyone.

This is not the self s eve type. You tell the worker what yogurt you want and what topping. They put yogurt, toppings then more yogurt and toppings on top of that!!! Sometimes the worker is not the nicest but the yogurt is so good it doesn’t bother me. And it seems a little cheaper than most of the self serve yogurt places!

HANDS down this is the best frozen yogurt in Fremont and even miles and miles away from Fremont. You cannot find anything close to their yogurt; all the other Yogurt Shops that have opened up are not as SMOOTH they are just too grainy for my liking. Let’s face it if you want delicious tasting and creamy yogurt you need good ingredients and this place has good quality frozen yogurt. That said, it is a simple no frills family owned business. Do not come expecting some frilly serve yourself yogurt place with a million flavors to choose from, so many who could choose. They have a small variety of flavors and many toppings to choose from but the flavors offered are good ones with a rotating flavor of the month. This is not self serve but the serving sizes are generous and the prices are affordable. The gal behind the counter may not be overly friendly on your first visit but I have been going here for years(in fact I will not buy a frozen yogurt anywhere else, my husband calls me a frozen yogurt SNOB — LOL) and she is friendly. How do I say this the right way, some peoples faces are not as friendly at first glance so we make a judgment and that judgment might not reflect appropriately. Cash only, but I am ok with that because their prices are so good. Again HANDS down this is the best frozen yogurt I have had!

Hands down the smoothest and tastiest frozen yogurt around! The owner tucks toppings in the middle with more froyo on top.

Good tasting yogurt. We like the cookies and cream flavor best topped with English toffee bits. However, the other reviews are accurate. The woman behind the counter is not pleasant at all… I’ll come back though since its walking distance from my house. They DON’T take debit or credit.

I absolutely love the vanilla bean, simple yet so tasty! I wish they would invest a little bit on the interior or change the ambiance but it can be a little off putting at times. But this is my favorite place to grab a quick pick me up or sweet treat.

Not a huge selection of flavors but they always have something I like. I like it that it’s not self serve. Also so much cheaper than self-serve places. I find the business owner nice. It’s cash only. why does that offend people? So you come back with cash and she comments that you now have cash? So what? If you find this rude, you are just looking for problems. Chill. Eat your yummy yogurt.

I won’t be coming back. Their yogurt selection is small. The topping selection is ok but nothing fresh to choose from. Also horrible customer service.

What a rude old asian lady! A total B! TCH from the start. Everyone in our group forgot our cash, so we went to get it from my car. Came back in and all she asked was if I had money! WTF?! Hella rude. Not everyone carries cash you ignorant cheapskate. I don’t like to bad mouth people or wish the worst, but I hope they go out of business and get replaced with a PINKBERRY! This place is HORRIBLE! Never experienced any type of establishment with such horrible customer service, if you can even call it that. I walk in and realized they only accept cash, so I run back to my car and grab some. The second I walk back in the lady behind the counter asks«you got money now?» In the most disgusting tone ever. It just went downhill from there. I feel sorry for her because something bad must’ve happened for her to become so sour. Definitely not worth my $ 4 vanilla yogurt that I wanted in a cone but got served in a cup!

Disgusting. First of all, HORRIBLE customer service. I went here after reading the reviews after craving frozen yogurt for a while. Not much toppings to choose from and overpriced. After eating a few spoonfuls, I noticed a BUG in my ice cream. Yes… A BUG. Disgusted, I showed her the bug and she was quiet. I looked her dead in the eye and asked what she was going to do about it and she said she wouldn’t give money back because I «already ate some of it». I told her that her ice cream had bugs in it and she’s serving it to customers and she started yelling«I don’t care, you already ate some». Not wanting to fight back, I calmy said I will just write my review on Unilocal and walked out. Definitely NEVER stepping foot in this unsanitized place.

I like to call this place penguin yogurt since there is a penguin in their sign. I discovered this place when I was on highschool and my friends would come back from lunch with huge styrofoam cups filled with yogurt. The place is pretty cheap for big servings. The flavors change quite frequently. I’ve tried many different flavors and love them all sometimes it’s hard to choose. The vanilla custard, cookies n cream, and berry berry are among my favorites. I usually just get the smallest cupful they however do have cones and toppings you can add. They also usually have a non dairy flavor, a nonfat or lowfat flavor and then normal frozen yogurt. When I’m in the area I love dropping by. The workers are usually very nice however service sometimes is slow. The workers are sometimes hiding out in the back and don’t hear when you come in.
