Drive thru order for myself and 4 co-workers. About 1210, not too busy but 3 cars ahead of me in the drive-thru. I like the order screen. Very easy to read. Person that took my order was efficient & friendly. I was concerned about the order being correct since it was large. When asked about onion & cheese for the chili, since I didn’t know I asked for it on the side. Less than 5 minutes from ordering to leaving. The order was correct, everyone was happy! 4 star potential if they can are consistent! I’ll be back!

The 2 star is based on location and service. The food here sucks. Like really, everything was cold. They didn’t really give me any fries. Meanwhile the chili here taste funny no can’t do. Yuck. But the place is really nice and the lady who took my order was nice. Please check your food.

Wendy’s chili? Where’s the beef or turkey? Change the name from«chili» to «bean chili» because that’s all you have in it is an overwhelming amount of kidney and pinto beans.

So this was the first time I’ve ever been to a Wendy’s in forever and my friend suggested we go get some whole fast food. He recommended the baconator meal and well, that’s what I got. If you love meal and hate veggies, the baconator is for you! If you prefer to have some fresh greens to break the saltiness and some crispness in your burger like myself, the baconator won’t be that great for you. I also got fries that were tasty but not as crispy as I’d like. I tried the new drink, honest tropical green tea, and I only recommend it for people who like tea that isn’t overly sugary. Overall, it was a mediocre experience for mediocre food. I definitely have a preference for different fast food restaurants.

For the last few years at least, Wendy’s has really stuck out as 1st place among the fast food restaurants. Their spicy chicken nuggets, for example, are way better than McDonald’s(whose nugget quality seems to have deteriorated over the years) and Burger King(who has changed their nuggets to be a McDonalds-copycat). But what particularly stands out at this Wendy’s location is the customer service. I tend to go there near closing time, and am always greeted with particularly friendly people. What inspired this review is their genuine commitment to customer satisfaction and pleasant demeanor: I got there 2 – 3 minutes past closing, all their drive through lights were off. One of my friends was desperate for their spicy nuggets and we forgot they close at 1am every day, not 1:30. I drove straight up to the drive through window and the lady greeted me with a smile and said they’re closed. I asked her if she could PUHLEEEEZ make one last round of spicy nuggets for my friend, and she enthusiastically called the manager, hoping they could help. Well, the manager said they had already closed for the night, but after I said please one more time, she said she could whip out the last 6 – 10 nuggets they had for the night. They saved the day! Thank you Wendy’s on Automall!!! Thank you Rechelle and the manager!

I am not rating the food. I think they are mostly the same anyway. But the store itself is a gem. :-) It is big, clean and quiet. It is a perfect place to hide out from the heatwave when you refuse to install AC at home and working from home. :-D. The store is perfectly located right next to the Cushing Pkwy, which is the alternative route for 880N/S. Since I live in East Bay, it is a big plus. And Let me say this, this place is not cheap on turn up the AC. I had a Starbucks is hotter than my home the other day. The only drawback is this place only have 2 outlets and the internet is not good. So you have to have your portable hotspot with you. Also, the surrounding has almost everything for you from P.F. Chang to Theater in walking distance. I think this place is perfect for location.

I’ve been to this Wendy’s! Clean, wow! Fast! Wow again… efficient personal that don’t speak gang, ghetto or pretend they are more important than you! If you are at the mall and don’t want salt laced everything with poor mall service… go to this Wendy’s and ask them not to add any salt and enjoy! I did!

Have you seen the retro 60’s look on this place? It makes you feel like you’re not even eating at Wendy’s. But I have no shame when it comes to «Wendy’s» as a guilty pleasure. I get the square burger, the potato skin fries and the Chocolate Frosty(usually medium sized). Maybe a full potato, hold the sour cream. Real truth: I’ll go through the drive-thru every now and again for the Frosty. #cheapeats

The only burger place I like. I’ve been to The Counter, IN-N-OUT, Five Guys, and all the other usual fast food places.

Rarely does one come across a well run fast food restaurant but this place is doing a good job. Their ingredients are noticeably fresh and their cooks have the integrity to make sure the food is hot and cold in the right places. Ultimately I don’t care for the Wendy’s menu. Maybe if they add a rice bowel like jack in the box I’ll give a higher rating.

I don’t usually find it important to write a review about Wendy’s, because don’t get me wrong, I love me some spicy chicken nuggets, but my service at this location was upsetting. The cashier, Cheryl, was impatient while taking my order, barely letting me speak before yelling«FORHEREORTOGO?», which made me just be like ahhhhhh to go, because she made me feel so uncomfortable! She also slammed my card on the counter despite me having my hand out, which call me crazy, but that is one of my biggest pet peeves! My friends also got their order several minutes before me although I ordered first, and all I got was nuggets, but they got nuggets too! By the way, if you like nuggets too, but don’t want to spend nearly $ 6 for a meal, just get a value 6 piece + a value 4 piece! 10 nuggets for like 3 bucks! Yasss

Visited this Wendy’s at 1:56 pm on Sunday, April 12, 2015.(Went through the drive thru) Ordered a kids meal, two grilled chicken sandwiches, and a spicy chicken sandwich. When I opened the first sandwich to see who it belonged to I was surprised and disgusted to find a long strand of brown hair. I gave the food back to the worker and asked for everything to be made again. After a minute I changed my mind and asked for a refund. The manager, Marisol, said she had to call corporate in order for me to get the refund. My stepdad, driving at the time, let me out and I waited for ten minutes before Marisol came over to issue me my refund, they were busy at the time. From what I could see, there was never a call to corporate made. The manager also did not apologize for the inconvenience and none of the employees were wearing hairnets.

Be aware that this Wendy’s overcharges your debid cards. They tell you $ 3.38& your receipt says the same but your checking account says $ 4.67. No its not a lot of money, but its my money & i dont like to be taken advantage of. Make sure to double check your account before you leave other wise you’ll be less $ 1.29 for no apparent reason.

So this review is to rant about the particular service I got today– I had a suuuppperrr busy day today and literally had no time for lunch, so drive-thru Wendy’s near my place of work was my solution for midday sustenance. I ordered an Asiago Ranch Chicken Club with a spicy patty($ 5.66 in total which is not super cheap). I got back to work and opened up the wrapper and to my disappointment, all I got was a bun, chicken patty, mayo, and a measly piece of lettuce. TT_____TTWHEREWASMYDELICIOUSCRUNCHYBACON!?! MYOOEY-GOOEYCHEESE??? ANDTHATJUICYTOMATO! Seriously, I feel super ripped off and unsatisfied right now. That being said, this particular Wendy’s would probably get a 3 – 4 star rating from me. They are typically quite speedy and professional with their service. The food is USUALLY good, although I think they could be better in terms of the consistency and quality of food. I will end up going back, but today just really bummed me out. COMEONWENDY’S!!!

I love Wendy’s because their food is so freakin’ affordable. It’s also really good too when you want something quick! The workers listen to your requests and they’re really patient with their customers. Every time I ask for something a little extra, they make sure it’s in the bag. I’m obsessed with their Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger. Why? Because the bacon is actually crispy. How can something so cheap, be so delicious? When you bite into it, the tomato’s juice just fills your mouth and it goes so well with the entire burger. The chicken nuggets are bomb here also. Oh, and don’t forget to order a baked potato. I’m pretty sure you can’t get a baked potato through a drive thru, right? My stomach can’t wait until she gets another taste of Wendy’s!

Workers here are super patient and sweet! Always gotta come back for more chicken nuggets and chili! Those are the bomb! This has gotta be the cleanest Wendy’s I’ve ever been in! Every 10 minutes there is always a staff member checking the dining area, making sure it is spotless! For fast food, this is the joint to go to!

The baconator is here to stay! So happy. I always go drive-thru but try eating inside. They have a nifty coke machine that makes N number of combinations of soda. I got lime coke! Fabulous.

I like Wendy’s. It is my second or third choice in fast food. But I am put off by the false advertising. Yesterday I ordered a ¼ lb cheeseburger combo meal to eat in, and the place mat advertised the same exact burger I was eating as having thick cut tomatoes, and the picture showed two slices of cheese,(one on top and one on bottom of the patty). My burger did not have cheese on bottom, and the tomato was nearly as thin as the pickle. I feel silly complaining about fast food, but the place mat showing what you are supposed to be paying for, juxtapozed against what you are actually being served is bound to lead to a disappointing meal. Especially with In-N-Out just across the street, where you get what you pay for. Edited to mention today I received a call from the regional manager. He seemed genuinely concerned about my experience and vowed to look into the missing slice of cheese, and offered a coupon for a free ¼lb burger. Kudos for the excellent customer service!

Not sure what happened, but went thru the drive thru yesterday evening and there we’re 2 cars ahead of us, but we ended up waiting over 25 minutes. The food was mediocre. So sad, this place actually used to be really good.
