The workers here just seem so… lethargic. Regardless, thank god it doesn’t reflect in their food! This location is in a very odd part near Pac Commons-it’s right next to Arby’s, but a parking lot over. I got the: –1 grilled chicken sandwich //YUM! Packed with lettuce and perfectly grilled chicken. –1 spicy chicken sandwich //Not really spicy… and the bun gets soggy from that aluminum wrap. –1 medium sized waffle fries //YUMMM. Seriously, praise the lord for no salt. –1 order of 12 piece chicken nuggets //why do the chicken pieces get smaller and smaller? Pros: –Clean. Like, really clean. Super family friendly too, with one of those Mcdonald’s play gorund. –Consistent, delicious food. Need I say more? Cons: –Really slow service… seriously. Tips/Observations: –Download the Chik-Fil-A app to get a free sandwich!

Chick-fil-A is the best fast food out there. Juicy tender chicken sandwiches and nuggets, good waffle fries. Service is excellent.

This is a good Chick-Fil-A location off of Automall Parkway. The employees always greet with a smile and are friendly which separates this fast food establishment over the rest. The dining area is clean and wide open. As far as he food, I’ve had a few items here. Chick-Fil-Biscuit: it’s forgettable. Just a tiny piece of fried chicken in a biscuit. It obviously lacks the saltiness that would come from a pork sausage biscuit so it bland and boring. Chicken nuggets: these little nuggets are great. It’s ten times better than the nuggets served by the competition. Deluxe Spicy Chicken Sandwich: this sandwich has great flavor. Not very spicy but the sandwich has enough flavor and moistness from piece of chicken that even without adding mayo, Chick-Fil-A sauce it’s good. So overall Chick-Fil-A is a great choice when not in the mood for a burger, but still wanting something quick to eat.

Eh. I only ever have good things to say about Chick-fil-A but this was a mediocre experience. The place was not busy when we went and so there was only 1 register for the line. I didn’t mind the wait. What got me was when I ordered my food and drink, the lady didn’t bother telling me they were out of sweet tea. It was only when my friend asked where his drink was, did they bother telling us that it would be a 5 min wait to brew some more. Fine. We went to sit down after confirming they would let us know when the tea was ready. 15 mins came and went and we finished most of our food and still no word. At this point, my friend walked back up to try to check progress and stood there for a while, both cashiers ignoring him. Finally when he got them to notice, the girl poured him a sweet tea. Just one, he had to remind her that there were two of us that ordered… i wonder how many drive thru people were neglected too. Better off going to the one on Mowry, they are much nicer and more typical of Chick-fil-a service.

I have experienced poor service at fast food restaurants on few occasions. This is one of them. The food was great… the 2/3’s of which I received that is. I will explain in a second. That’s the only reason they’re getting two stars instead of one. I got the Deluxe Spicy Chicken meal with large fries and the food was delicious as always. It was the drink and the service that were the issues. I got a sweet tea. My friend who was with me also got a sweet tea. They apparently ran out of sweet tea. The manager told us that we should go sit and they’ll bring us our drinks when a new batch was brewed, and that the new batch was almost ready and would take a few more minutes. The restaurant was fully staffed and not busy at all, there were at most one or two people in line at the same time. 30 minutes later, my friend and I had finished our sandwich and fries without our drinks. It never came. I went back to the counter, where only one other person was being served, to see what was going on with our drinks. The manager saw me and said that the sweet tea was ready. The staff person helping me earlier took my cup, and said, «Sweet tea right?» I said yes. She then went to the unsweetened tea and started to fill it up, looked back at me and asked, «Unsweetened tea right?»…No. 30 seconds ago I confirmed that I wanted sweet tea. She poured out the unsweetened tea, went to the sweet tea dispenser, and flipped the handle. Nothing came out. She stood there for 2 minutes and tried to get sweet tea out of a clearly empty dispenser. I don’t know why. The manager saw this, and did nothing. I stood there in disbelief that such a ridiculous situation was happening. Finally, another staff person came out and saw what was going on, and then asked the person trying to make magic happen with an empty sweet tea dispenser what was going on. She said it was empty. He said that the sweet tea was ready and in the back. He then went to the back and got a big tub of sweet tea and filled the dispenser for her. She filled my cup of sweet tea, handed it to me, then turned to leave. I reminded her that my friend had also ordered a sweet tea, which prompted her to get another one. 35 very perplexing and annoying minutes later, I finally had two cups of sweet tea, with no explanation, apology, or even acknowledgment from the manager, who was there at the front the whole time and had clearly seen the whole thing. Seriously?

Never much of a franchised chicken fan(except for yester-decades of Pioneer chicken days) but on a weekend, I decided to try the infamous Waffle fries from the one in north San Jose. Decided to get a kids nugget meal. From that day, I wanted to try all items. While shopping at the auto mall shopping center, I saw this place. I was elated… so far enjoyed a regular chicken sandwhich(so chicken was thick, not salty and texture was juicy, thick and real chicken. bun was soft and somewhat sweet. Fries were golden, crispy but yet soft, fruit cup was perfect sized, sweet, tart and refreshing for me, chicken salad sandwhuch had fresh healthy sweet sliced big bread, chicken salad had bits of chicken, crunchy celery, somewhat dry(but I’m a mayo lover), crispy fresh lettuce leaf. It was as yummy as a chicken salad with just the salad mix and leaf can be. I’ll definetly order this again. Chicken Soup came with crackers packs, and soup was very yummy for me. It wasn’t brothy but more of a creamy broth with chicken chunks, pasta and mini vegetables throughout the broth. Another favorite for me. It’s a winner for me regarding chicken fast food. I’m ready to try other items on menu. They serve breakfast as well… like sausage or bacon breakfast biscuits or breakfast burritos, according to website as well as catering trays. Wowee :) Just curious is this the same chicken place from the Sunnyvale mall on Mathilda the that had a movie theater, Montgomery wards, jcpenny from decades ago?

Woo! Chick-fil-A! First of all. I’m not a fan of some of the personal values of the company’s owners/management. But this review is all about the food and the service here at this particular Chick-fil-A! What do you order when you go to a Chick-fil-A? The waffle fries with the original Chick-fil-A sauce. If you’ve never been to a Chick-fil-A, grab a chicken sandwich too so you can find out what the craze is all about. Personally, I think their sandwiches are little bit overpriced and don’t stand out that much. What does stand out has always been the high level of service that they provide for a fast food restaurant. They bring you your orders and make you feel like you’re sitting in a full dine-in restaurant. Awesome. The milkshakes are pretty amazing.(Especially with waffle fries.) If you’re looking to indulge, I recommend combining your waffle fries with the honey packets they offer + the original Chick-fil-A sauce. Heavenly. You can even alternate it with a milkshake. Sometimes I’ll just go through the drive-through for just the waffle fries.

First time stopping at one of these places. I used the drive thru since I was headed to work. No line so it was quick. The good was pretty good for fast food, nothing overly exciting. The drink was cold, had to be with a cup full of ice. So it was good, very overpriced for fast food of no exceptional quality. I guess convenience is everything now a days. There are other more cost effective places very close by, I believe in the future those would be my choice

Man, when it comes to reviewing fast food places it really comes down to having a consistent/expected quality of food for that chain, and the service. I never thought I’d see the day where I give Chick-fil-A, a fast food chain that holds such a special place in my heart, an average review. However my most recent visit was less than stellar, and definitely not what I expected from a Chick-fil-A restaurant(a place where they smile and say«my pleasure» when you thank them!) Having ordered a salad here, the small asian male cashier didn’t ask me what dressing I wanted, so I thought I’d end up with the default and so asked him to switch out the default dressing for a different one. He made no note of it and simply said okay. When he brought us our meal, I didn’t get any dressing at all… Which wasn’t a big deal, but my guy didn’t get his entrée either. Which left us with a dressing-less salad, and a large order of waffle fries. We ended up having to go back to the cashier counter and grabbing it there ourselves. Opening up his sandwich, we noticed it was super small and flat… which obviously didn’t fill him up so he then had to order more food after. The wait also seemed longer than usual here, despite the restaurant not being crowded at all. The only good thing about this location is that it’s brand new and the dining area is kept very clean!

This is the second time we are here. First time was a Togo order of a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. It was super good and fresh even though I ate it in my car. I came back again today and had the same thing at the restaurant but it went from heaven to hell. The fries was dry and cold. Felt like it has been sitting there for long time. We brought it back to them and they said will make a fresh one but I feel like they just reheated it. Inside and outside of the fries were pretty hard. It is a sign of reheating the fries. The chicken sandwich was not fresh too. Bun was dry and chicken didn’t have enough favor. We also ordered the grill chicken nuggets and it was not worth to order. I should have just go to in and out instead.

New type of fast food restaurant that serves chicken. Their waffle fries and various dipping sauces make them unique. I came on a Friday afternoon for lunch. There were plenty of customers but the employees worked fast. My cashier for today was an unfriendly woman who goes by Katherine. I ordered an 8 piece nugget meal and asked«original or grilled?» I couldn’t hear her so I asked for a repeat. Then with great attitude she asked«original or grilled?» A few second later she received exact change and we started to walk away. She immediately pulled us back and told us how important it was for her to take down our name otherwise the other staff wouldn’t know who to deliver food to and we’d wait forever. Ok I get it, we walked away too soon. But you didn’t have to give us attitude as if it was the end of the world. Take a 15 minute break and a chill pill! Other than the rude cashier, the chicken and waffle fries were bomb!

I was on my way home from a day trip into SF and couldn’t figure out what to eat. It then hit me. Chick-fil-A! I was thwarted last Sunday as I didn’t know they’re always closed on Sunday. Anyways, this Chick-fil-A was on my way home so I went to it. It’s recently built right next to Wendy’s off of Auto Mall Parkway. There’s plenty of parking as it’s no where near Pacific Commons so they win there. I walked in and it was pretty pristine in there. I looked at their menu and it looks like they had different options a la many other fast food restaurants. They have chicken in between buns, fried and grilled. They also have sandwich, wrap, and salads and nuggets. There were desserts as well. I opted to get the chicken nuggets both crispy and grilled. Both 8 pieces each with honey mustard and buttermilk ranch dipping sauce. They had many others to choose from. I also got a icedream which is basically a vanilla soft serve and that was slighty icy, not too creamy, but not bad. The crisp nuggets came in a box, small though. It’s no chicken Mcnuggets, but it was more flavorful and real chicken meat. The grilled pieces were very moist and flavorful, but again tiny pieces. I was still stuffed though! I would say Chick-fil-A feels like a more quailty McDonalds and feels a tad bit healthier than Kentucky Fried Chicken. Or at least I feel less guilty! Not too bad, but I’m not going to be running back any time soon.

This was my first time at any Chick-fil-A. I came on a Friday night. The location was surprisingly half-full and pretty quiet. The interior was pretty clean, but I think the color scheme is a bit depressing — not sure if it’s the fluorescent lights or what. Anyway i don’t think they can control it. There was only 1 other person in line aside from my friend and I so the wait was quick. I ordered a Chick-fil-A sandwich(literally 2 toasted buns + pickles + a piece of chicken) I was surprised by the lack of items in the sandwich — no lettuce, cheese, anything. The buns were toasted nicely. The chicken was pretty good, though a bit on the heavy side for me. However, it had a nice crunch to it. It went well with their mayonnaise

No better place to get a fast chicken sandwich. So pumped they opened this location. I spend quite a bit of time in this area. I usually get the spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles. But love the chicken nuggets with Polynesian sauce too. Plus Chic-fil-a is the only fast food place that has real southern style sweet tea on tap. The fresh squeezed lemonade is pretty awesome too. If you are dining in someone usually comes around and asks if they can refill your drink for you. What other fast food place does that? This place being new has a manager waking around asking if everything is ok a lot

Chicken-fil-A passes out funny-looking plastic arches to people waiting for orders. they still needed to shout out names to find out who ordered what? expected to see a pastor at any time with the holy water exiting the kitchen after blessing the chicken. eats: strips(3/3.99) –should be called stripettes, no bigger than my thumb –tender, tasty with the? ranch dressing accompaniment. –really overpriced, 3ish stars. take outs: –truly a forrest gumb experience, «life is a game of chicken, you’ll never know what u will get.» -+3, u get a meal: chips, salad, soda, no thanx.

Eat More Chikin! The second, YESSECOND, Chick-fil-A to open in Fremont in the past 2 years. I think Chick-fil-A raises the bar when it comes to fast food restaurants in terms of service, friendliness, and cleanliness. I don’t know how they do it, but it’s true.

Chick-fil-A beats sooo many fast food restaurants. I used to live in Texas, where there was a Chick-fil-A in almost every corner. When we moved to California, we were bummed that the nearest locations were either two hours away in Fairfield or 6 hours away in SoCal. Soooo happy that there are three locations in the bay area now. Can’t ever go wrong with the classic chicken nuggets. Their waffle fries are amaze. You get a variety of dipping sauces to pick from. My two favorites are the Polynesian sauce and chickfila sauce. Very clean, fast service. Attentive. Love love love this place!

Even though it was packed full of customers, there was plenty of seating and we got our order pretty quickly. Restaurant was clean, staff was friendly, and criss-cut fries were hot and crispy. There was a playground for kids which I haven’t seen in most Chick-fil-As so that was a nice addition for those with youngins. That’s all folks!

No lines! Went on a thursday 7pm day after grand opening and there are no lines! This is the secret chic fil a no one knows about. It is better designed than the mowry location. Plenty of parking, its not congested like mowry I like the restaurants design better as well as the playgrounds layout. Borrowing from mcdonalds slogan, «I’m lovin’ it»
