This seriously used to be my go to location since I was a little girl. These past couple months I have experienced the worse customer service in 18 years. I feel like they are so desperate for workers, they will hire anyone! How do you run out of printer paper? So you can’t give a receipt, how do you run out of mild sauce? And how do you forgot to put the right order in the bag for drive thru? All these things could be avoided with proper workers with some kind of experience and care for their job!!! Worst location ever now…

So I frequent here after work(midnight) when I’m hungry and lazy. Depending on the night it’s sometimes slow, but tonight was bad. I waited about 30 minutes and to top it off they effed up my order. All I got was a beef chalupa and the put BEANS instead of beef. How the eff do you mess that up??? Ugh so mad. I’ll stick with in n out I think…

Walked up to the counter and ordered the Doritos three taco combo. Wait 10 minutes even though they weren’t busy, got my order in a paper bag even though I odered it for here, and sat down. Regular tacos instead of Doritos, they were out of diet Mountain Dew, they were out of fire sauce. Trash cans overflowing and I want to throw it out. Three fails in 30 seconds. Just not winning.

Customer Service sucks especially from Manager«Parveen». They sold me coupon and then arbitrarily decided to not honor their own sold coupon through events company. Another time tried to charge me more when I ordered combo(Taco + Chalupa combo or something). I am good at math so pointed that out and they reluctantly reversed charges except still charged me 80C more. Will never go here again.

Never do a mobile here, apparently the order doesnt pop up on thier screen till i wait for 20mins and walk up to the counter and ask where my food is, then it magically pops up. Once i paid on the app they ask for me to pay again. very slow and inaccurate with the orders

I would rather go to SF buy a burrito off the street(which would probably be amazing) drop it on the grounds, wait for 5 minutes, then pick it up before eating here. Drive through window is rude, inside staff is rude, two times they messed up my order and gave me an attitude for it, and the manager just acts like she is completely clueless. –_– I’m sorry you are stuck at you min wage job but damn if you are making tacos, make tacos and be good at it !!

I ordered a meal in an attempt to win one of the gold Playstation 4s. The order had all of the correct food but not the box with the code. The food was not very fresh either as the lettuce had a handful of brown spots. I called to ask how this could be fixed but I was blown off by the management. Nobody seems to care at this location. You’re better off going down the street to Taco Bravo

Went here the other night to grab a late dinner and ordered 3 blue ranch cooler tacos. They gave me the nacho ones. Came back again to order 3 blue ranch tacos and they gave me the taco shell with lettuce and cheese. Where the hell is the meat?! INALL3TACOS?! Ridiculous! Aren’t you open 24 hours?! Did you run out of meat?! Check the person making the tacos we didn’t come to Taco Bell to eat a lettuce and cheese taco and there was barely any lettuce and cheese you might as well have given us 3 empty taco shells! I’d rather go to Chick-fil-A at least they get your order right and the food is better and great customer service! Jesus!

I had the MOSTHORRIBLE drive-thru experience of my life!!! I ordered a Steak & Potato Boss Wrap. I get to the window, he gives me my total, $ 22 something, I hand him my card and he charges it. Then maybe a minute later asks me what kinda sauce I want, throws some fire sauce in the bag, hands it to me and shuts his window. Now, I’m one to always check my bag before driving off so I parked and looked through my bag. The Steak & Potato Boss Wrap was missing. Ok, I’m a little annoyed, mostly because the doors are locked and I can’t go inside, so I have to WAITIN A LONGDRIVE-THRULINEAGAIN! I get to the machine where you order and inform the clerk my Steak & Potato Boss Wrap is missing. This is when things get RIDICULOUS!!! He tells me they’re OUTOFSTEAK! WHATTHEHECK?!! But I guess it’s possible so I say I just say I want a refund. He offers me other items, but I don’t want it! I WANTMYMONEY!!! He tells me to pull forward to the next window. When I get there I get asked 3TIMES if I want other items, I say no! I want my refund! Then, I get told that they put extra tacos in my bag because they knew they were out of steak! Again, I have to STRESS. I WANTMYREFUND. After, 10 mins the Night Manager at the window tells me she can’t refund my card and I have to come back in the morning and talk to the manager Mina! SOMANYTHINGSWRONGWITHTHIS!!! 1: Clerk didn’t tell me at the first window while I was ordering that they were out of steak. Ok, maybe he forgot, I’ll give him that. BUT… 2: When I reached the window, he could’ve mentioned they couldn’t make my Boss Wrap because they were out of steak. INSTEAD he gives me my total and charges my card! 3: The clerk gives me my bag and DOESN’T MENTIONIT’S MISSINGANITEM!!! ALSO, LET’S MEDRIVEAWAY!!! 4. I wait in line again, get told their out of steak for the first time, and then get told to drive to the next window to get my refund. 5. When I get to the window, they argue with me for 10MINS and end up saying they DON’T/CAN’T REFUNDME!!! AND I HAVETOCOMEBACKINTHEMORNINGTOTALKTOMINA!!! This all could’ve been avoided on multiple occasions. Instead, I just feel like this particular location just wanted to rip me off cause they felt like they could. This is the MOSTTERRIBLELOCATION and if Mina is the the manager there then she needs to hire more competent people instead of thieves that just want to rip you off!

UPDATEALERT: for original post, please scroll. I called customer service who they even said this guy Yohan was a jerk and they would have it fixed. I’m not due for the call back yet but two of my friends went earlier today around 5 maybe 5:10 and ordered 2 different orders, one for them and one for me. Last time Yohan said that they«never» did two orders or multiple for one car. Well you would think that now everything was sunshine and sparkles, correct? Oh no my fellow Unilocalers, we are all but mistaken. Well this very same day, more like night no more than ten minutes ago the manager Yohan refused two orders. I(politely AGAIN) told him I called customer service and they said he was in the wrong and that a few hours ago we were able to do so, he said«well you better call them again.» Very rudely again I might add. We ended up ordering on just one order. We went to the window when my husband asked his name and said its on the receipt and decided it was time to shut the window and retreat. I think he knew it was us because he never once looked at us when handing the food to us. He was extremely rude. I don’t get this I can’t seem to find a reason. I know it’s just Taco Bell but he’s the manager and if he was an employee I feel this would’ve been handled but I guess it’s some form of a very minor authority??? But he’s a bully, it made me feel like I was in fifth grade being talked down to again. It’s not a good feeling especially coming from someone like him, a rude person with obviously no social skills. I’m sorry but I e given this place years of chances. It’s not getting anymore. And I’m sorry but I want him fired. He shouldn’t be a manager. Just because you hate your job doesn’t mean you can be mean to others. Yea I work at a beauty supply store but I love my job because it involves helping people and I love being a beauty advisor. This was so not ok on so many levels. I’m just so pissed right now. We even called another Taco Bell on Industrial rd and the manager said he was in the wrong. Can someone help because I don’t know what to do? Ok after all the crappy(and some really nice) service I got, this kinda made it the one to get a 1 star. Yohan was very rude. Said we could only have 1 order per car which in the years we’ve been coming to this place has never happened. When we said that that’s never happened(nicely) he rudely responded«well it has since I’ve been working here.» Then we ordered and we went to the window we asked to split the cards and rudely again he replied«no. You either have cash or one card. Not two cards.» We asked how long he worked here and he said six months(we’ve never seen him in the past few years we’ve been here and we come here every other night). We asked for the manager and said he was. I’ve worked in customer service and neither me or any of my managers have ever been rude to a customer. And a manager should always be wearing a badge and he was not. So who’s to say he’s really the manager with that attitude? Listen, I’ve worked in customer service, ALL my jobs are based on that, and never has a manager or I spoken to someone rudely. He should be at least«I’m so sorry it’s a new policy. We just started it today and it unfortunate but it’s now company policy.» You know, nicely? I’ve given this place years and this is the first ever review. Sorry buddy, but kindness won’t kill you.

It’s fast food, so what can you really comment on? This review is solely for customer service. This location is understaffed and very slow during lunch hours. The location warm Springs is much more efficient. I got combo number four which is a Mexican pizza, large drink, and two tacos. I told them I was eating here but they decided to put it in a paper bag anyway. Pizza nearly fell out of the box when I removed it from the back and the tacos were poorly wrapped. If I actually took this to go everything would have fell out of the bag during the car ride home. If you have the day off, come after lunch hours.

This deserves a review. I rarely eat Taco Bell. I haven’t been to taco in quite sometime so I decided to try this Doritos taco. Regular nachos and a drink. But they don’t have raspberry ice. So I got the mango ice tea. 1) new wrapper on taco(actually a pretty tasty taco) 2) a card board holder?(I like the idea) 3) bigger container of cheese for my regular nachos 4) although I loved their raspberry ice tea. There mango ice tea is amazingly good. This location has new employees who are a lot nicer than the old ones.

TACOBELL, I LOVEYOU. You’re so awesome for staying open late and being across a bowling alley. Every time I’m at Cloverleaf, I just say screw the overpriced food court food, I need to take my ass to Taco Bell. I came here recently to order their chicken taco salad and honestly, I just love everything on the Taco Bell menu. Being here specifically made me so happy(maybe because I was drunk) and also, the person at the drive thru was generous with their sauces. I gotta have my fire and salsa verde sauce on lock.
