I come here everyday in the morning… Morning staff is the best. I came in for a refill today and was told I have to stay within the store, rules are rules but when ppl are loyal to a store, I think that store should sort of recognize that… on the 3pm shift.

After having a somewhat disappointing day, I found myself grabbing a drink at this Starbucks. I came in, it was a standard Starbucks, very clean at the time I was there. I walked up to get a better look at the menu, and this is where the notable experience really began. I couldn’t really decide on what drink to get, and I think the barista I spoke to, Justin, could tell that I was indecisive and also looking a little down. In a very friendly and cheerful manner, he greeted me and began to engage in conversation with me, also helping me with figuring out my choice of drink. I ended up just going with a Strawberry Acai refresher which I’ve actually had once before many months ago. After deciding, Justin began telling me about what he really likes to do to the drink to make it taste even better, which was add some amount of lemonade and apple juice to it. It sounded delicious, so you already know I wanted to try it out. After receiving the drink, I tried it out and it was EASILY the greatest drink I’ve ever gotten at a Starbucks. As great as the drink was(and it really was amazing, I recommend it to all), the big takeaway from this experience for me was how personable Justin was. He did a wonderful job serving me and representing the brand. I came into the building feeling one way, and walked out feeling another. Because of that, I’ll probably start frequenting this location more often now.

This Starbucks is the only Starbucks that never gets my order wrong! How hard is it to get a tall green tea in venti! I just want more water, not two tea bags! Apparently other Starbucks locations always get it wrong but here nope! They always say okay! U just want more hot water? And I’m like yes please! I’m always satisfied here but i only have experienced the drive thru I have never been inside this location.

I like that they have a drive thru at this location but every time I’ve been here, it’s been pretty slow. Seems like it’s been a problem for a few patrons here so I wish they would find a way to make their drive thru service more productive and quick like it is at other locations!

Came here to get a drink in what turned out to be a long ass day. The drinks came out on point and in a timely manner indicative of the emptiness of the shop. One thing stuck out during my visit here. It appeared the cashier was new on the job. While he was ringing up the order, he asked one of the other employees a question about how to ring something up on the register. Seemed like a valid question but it was the tone in which the response was given by the other employee that was off-putting; snarky with a side of attitude. Course there are always two sides to a story but I didn’t like seeing treatment between two employees(predominantly one toward the other) being handled like that in front of customers. Found it to be unprofessional.

I came in to redeem my e gift groupon usd15 during lunch hour. A lady called Tammy had very bad altitude trying to push me out saying can not do it there. She has a urgly voice and talking loud and fast. Until the manager teach her to run the transaction. I even told her she can find out how to do it later when never not busy. She can not stop talking and showing not friendly face. They need training!!!

I’m so furious with this Starbucks location today and I’m really glad I have Unilocal to vent about it. I walk in about 9:20 am it’s super packed and crowded which is a given because of its location. Fine I go and order my drink and get a plain bagel bc they ran out of basically all breakfast sandwiches. Still I’m not mad. Then I wait for my drink for about ten mins. Got it. But where’s my bagel? I ask the girl whose calling out the drinks and she says that the oven is backed up and they’ll be right with me. Ok cool. Wait another ten mins and then I ask the cashier where my bagel is and he says what was your name again? I tell him my name and apparently they never put my bagel in the oven. Now I’m furious and tell him to forget it and storm out. I basically waited an extra twenty mins for no reason I gave them the benefit of the doubt for being busy but that was ridiculous. I def will never ever return to this location.

Yikes. I know drive thru takes a while but this was way too long. Waiting 10 min in line behind the other cars and then when I got to the window and paid, they hadn’t even started my drink so I had to wait another 8 min behind the people inside. 1 saving grace? The window attendant seemed nice. Probably easier to skip the drive thru at this one and just go inside…

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for years! So why 3 Stars? I just don’t see the need to praise a corporate conglomerate… Also, I wish Starbucks still provided a good variety of Coffee — sorry, I’m just not a fan of PIKE’s which they«ram down our throats’ whenever possible, in my opinion! Lastly, since I’m ranting… Why did they discontinue serving Decaf coffee in the afternoon! Sometimes you want something warm in the afternoon or evening — BUT don’t want to be awake until 3am… Is it just me, or does this also bug you too???

Went through the drive thru this past week — not a bad experience. I sprained my ankle pretty badly recently so it’s nice to have the option of a drive thru. I had to wait like 10 minutes which was longer than I would have liked so minus 1 star.

its between a 2 and a 3 for me, I don’t normally complain but this starbucks everytime I go in, there is always something either wrong with my drink, or the cashiers charge me inaccurately. Its super annoying and the only starbucks close to my job besides the one in Target which I might consider actually going to. There have been a few times the employees were super helpful, and made my drink right, but I hardly ever see them working anymore.

What a tragic excuse for a Starbucks. I got my iced Americano with what had left of five melted ice chips, so actually my iced Americano was lukewarm. There were no straws They were completely out of raw sugar They ran out of white sugar There was zero napkins in either of the napkin holders Then, the barista bragged to me how they are«#2 in their district» Oh Lordy honey, please explain how THAT has happened, because after what I experienced? I would hedge a bet you were dead last and Corporate would be rolling some heads. Wait until a Corporate suit walks in to randomly inspect, either your manager will be fired, the district manager will be fired… or both will get the boot.

I only really come here for the drive thru and for its convenience. I’ve never actually been inside this particular Starbucks to be honest. The drive-thru line isn’t all that bad in my opinion. Yes, you do have to wait(like all other Starbucks), but it’s expected. The drinks are pretty much all the same. I usually get the same drinks at Starbucks and I don’t see much difference in that. From the times I’ve been there, the service is pretty decent. There’s nothing to complain about. Overall, this is a decent and standard Starbucks branch. The location can be a little inconvenient just because you have to drive all the way into AutoMall. But it’s not a bad place to go for a drive-thru.

My friend and I come through every day because it’s the only one nearby with a drive thru. She pretty much orders the same drink every time but there is this one girl that works there with light hair, thick eyeliner and bright red lipstick that always messes up the ordering process and makes us repeat the order several time and correct her. Then the order is somehow messed up when we get it even though we make her repeat the order back to us correctly. We are pretty certain that she either really sucks at her job or she does it on purpose. She’s not the only person in this location who consistently has a bad attitude but it’s sad because the location in Milpitas that I usually visit during work is absolutely amazing. Wish the one closer to home was more pleasant. I have wasted so many dollars getting drinks that aren’t even what I wanted from this place.

Mmmmmm skinny vanilla latte! I have only ever gone through the drive thru at this location, so I can only truthfully review those experiences. In the mornings there is usually a line back to the entrance of the drive thru, but it’s tends to go rather quick(10min or so). Afternoons, it is much faster, but that makes sense because people are not as frantic about their coffee fixes in the afternoon. My coffees are always good and whenever I buy a baked good or sandwich they usually always have what I want in stock, warm and ready!

Nice clean starbucks location. It’s very well decorated and has good lighting. The seating is pretty sloppy. There are some 1 person couches in the corner, a long narrow window high table top with stools, and a bunch of circular tables sloppily placed in the middle. Bathrooms are clean and everything is easy to find. As with a lot of starbucks, you rarely hear your order being called and a bunch of drinks just sit in the pass just dyeing out. I ordered a green tea lemonade. It’s nice they asked if I wanted the sweetener or not, because I didn’t know that was an option, and I don’t like my drinks too sweet. The main cripe I have about this place is when I asked for«a lot less ice», I still got a ton of ice. I’m just going to ask for no ice next time. There’s a drive through here and it’s easy to find this sbux location. Parking is convenient too.
