This place could not handle big orders. I ordered catering from this place and tried to get doordash to handle it. But when the doordash person got there they told me the order had been deleted and they had to start all over again. I could not believe they couldnt handle a order just for 9 people. That is ridiculous.

Came here with my family since my mom’s friends with the owner and decided to order a few things to try. I think my favorite would have to be the chicken carbonara. It’s super creamy and very tasty! Highly recommend it! My parents really liked their seafood pastas and their desserts are actually really good! I like how it’s a casual sit down restaurant with no service people bothering you on how your food tastes. Would definitely bring my friends back!

Great quality dishes for lunch. Looks like breakfast is good but we missed it since they stop serving at 10:30

Hot chocolate is amazing here! The base: chocolate flavor is a bit like Ovaltine(brings back memories) and the whipped cream taste out of a can, but the part that makes it come together is the chocolate chunks they put as a topping. Ohhh man. Soooo good. I usually get B16, the Lox Benedict, which is decent with a side order of sour dough bread.

FOOD: I used to think all of their food was awesome because I would get their salmon mango papaya salad(dressing is delicious) or their Chipotle pasta, both of which are really good. However, I went for breakfast and had a pesto sandwich, which was dry and not that good sadly. So I’m always going to stick to my salmon salad or Chipotle pasta. Food comes out on thick plates. You can also order to-go. DESSERTS: Their desserts look delicious although I haven’t tried any myself, but someday would like to. INSIDE: Is nice enough for a date considering you can order your food, then sit down and they bring the food to your table. You can grab water, utensils etc toward the back wall, or order bottled drinks at the register. Bathroom is in the back, and it’s an okay bathroom. Lots of windows so it stays well lit in here during the day. Also outside patio seating along the side. PARKING: Located on the corner next to Applebee’s across the street from Starbucks. Outside parking and a lot of it available even if you might have to walk a little bit. Overall A OK and I’m a fan, prices aren’t bad either. Like I said, I love their mango salmon salad and Chipotle pasta. Inside is nice and clean. Classy yet ok to be casual too.

Cold toast, water down hot chocolate and room temperature meal… Both omelet and waffle we ordered are either warm or close to room temperature. Disappointment.

This review is for the mahi-mahi hot sandwich. The fish smell and tasted bad. They used bad fish. It’s a bad business if you can not tell the difference between fresh fish and not so fresh fish. It’s even worse business if you knew the fish has gone bad and still serving it to customer. Bad.

It has been a while since I have been here so I decided to try it again for lunch. It’s a nice change from the regular fast /fast casual restaurants. The baked goods looked very good but I didn’t try any of those this visit. The restaurant is nice inside and there is some outdoor seating as well. I ordered the Hot Portobello Mushroom Sandwich. Good — Bread was fresh, sandwich was hot, filling was plentiful. Bad — Much too salty, very odd taste. The sandwich came with a very small container(maybe a 1⁄3 cup) of boring pasta salad. Didn’t they used to offer a small green salad on the side? I’m willing to give it another try, mainly because it has a lot of options you can’t get at some other places if you want a quick lunch.

You come in, order, take a number and sit wherever you want! Staff will find your number and bring you your food. Breakfast: I come here pretty often with family and my dad and I are a huge fan of the eggs benedict! Occasionally we order the lox benedict or the riverside omelette special. Tip– For eggs benedict, you can only order it until 10:30am or so on weekdays and I believe on weekends it is extended until 3pm. Dinner: I love ordering a chicken carbonara. The mushroom cream sauce it comes with is really quite delicious. If I’m not really that hungry, their soups are satiable. Dessert: The princess cake is the go-to and favorite for me and my mom! Otherwise I like ordering the(truffle) fruit cup? It’s basically a cup with chocolate cake, cream, strawberries, and blueberries. Yum! PS– Thanks to Patrick for always helping us out with whatever needs we have! Great service.

In town from Denver with high hopes… They didn’t have any waffles available and the expresso machine was broken. Otherwise I’d give the food and coffee a «fair plus.» I’d come again assuming the full menu is available.

A seat-yourself, order-yourself kind of restaurant! Their menu includes different sandwiches and crepes(a bit like Crepevine), but they also have lots of different pastries and sweets available. I came with a group of ~13, and the staff was very accommodating! The cashiers were friendly and very patient with our questions. :)
I ordered the: + Portobello Panini. it was huge and just so-so – not bad or particularly good. I couldn’t manage to eat this like a normal sandwich so I ended up having to eat the slices of bread separately from each other. :( The service was fine, and the restaurant itself was clean and orderly, but the food just wasn’t particularly great. The Prolific Oven makes for a good(quieter) place to catch up with friends, but I most likely won’t be coming back!

This place reminds me of Starbucks except a level higher. They have a pretty huge space to sit in inside and this place also have outdoor seating. Their chairs and tables are wide enough so people don’t feel cramped inside. Prolific offers a variety of drinks and even serve alcohol. Desserts are also served here and I definitely suggest getting one and trying anything because they’re tasty! The customer service here is also great. There’s no long lines and the noise level is low.

Place is good but nothing special. So much so that I hardly ever remember past meals here. Thought I should get this down on print before I friggin’ forget it. Ham n Cheese paninni($ 8ish) was alright. Toasty, melty and the ham was actually not bad. Could barely taste the advertised mustard, so next time, I may go bold with it. Mac salad interesting with chunks of apple and pineapple. Tasted a special of Fish n Chips($ 10ish) and it was not bad considering this is not a fish n chips place. The fish part was actually pretty good, being more substantial than the typical Pollock fish often used. Batter had some crunch, which was beyond my expectations. Fries kinda weak being the frozen type but knew that was in the works. They also offer a half sandwich/salad combo BUT you have to get the sandwich of the«day», which I often don’t care for. It doesn’t seem that hard to just to be able to pick from their sandwich section. Many other places offer that so it just seems strange to me. Service is minimal and kinda depressing. I’m fine with the whole counter service style, where I place my order, get my drink/utensils. But no one here smiles or shows courtesy. Nit-picky yes… but still an observation.

The good: Excellent service, excellent food quality, excellent location, excellent interior. The Bad: Sometimes less than enthusiastic staff. One of my favorite places for breakfast. On the weekends the breakfast goes until 3pm. The hashbrowns here are amazing. I typically order the 2 eggs any style w/bacon. It’s a great day to start a Sunday morning.

I’ve been here a few times for lunch with my coworkers and I’ve always thought the food was not that good. I’ve had the salmon artichoke pasta which was just okay and their lunch special which was a chicken wrapped around ham with vegetables on the side. This dish wasn’t that good. The vegetables were bland and the meat was cold, which probably means they just reheated it and didn’t make it hot enough… It always takes them a while to make our food too. I’ve never tried their deserts, but my coworkers like their cakes.

First time, underwhelmed, but it wasn’t the food necessarily. Ordered the roast beef sandwich, without lettuce add sprouts, it was great, buttttt I also ordered the tomato basil soup and was served a vegetable soup which wasn’t good. Only served half a glass of lemonade, annoying. But the cream puff was great!!!

I really enjoy this place! They have fresh ingredients, and everything I’ve tried on the menu so far, I’ve really enjoyed! They have a crisp summer salad that is amazing. My favorite is their mahi mahi sandwich with a pineapple salsa. Yum! Prolific is known for their desserts! Their eclairs and mini cakes are sooooo delicious! If you ever need to grab a quick dessert, prolific is the place the go. Don’t forget about their yummy chocolate cake too!

This place… I don’t even know. For one, I have never dined at a place that takes your reservation, seats you, then asks you to put your order in at the counter. It’s like, why did you even take my reservation in the first place? We ordered the Crab Cakes & Calamari to start. Both terrible. I have never seen crab cakes so small! I felt super ripped off when they arrived to our table. The calamari was probably from Costco, definitely not prepared in house. It was soggy & unenjoyable. My sandwich came, & it was just ok. The cake was probably the best part of the meal. Don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon :/

Everything about this place screams cheap. Unfortunately I was starving so I ate. Started with asking for a tip after I ordered the food and drinks, before I even sat down. You pour your own, including coffee, butter your own cold toast. Waffle is a bad cheap hotel waffle maker undercooked version. First over medium eggs were burnt, second were raw. Bacon completely burnt. Ketchup was spoiled. Hash Browns had that gritty weird oily consistency. Again if I wasn’t starving I’d have left. Waffle, 3 eggs, toast two pieces of bacon, hash browns and coffee nearly 20 $. Set aside, for a minute that they asked for tip at a weird time, why would anyone tip? For what? Syrup was like log cabin watered down with more corn syrup. The choice of jelly was from 3 packages. You got one butter for two pieces of toast. Even the bathroom. The water was ridiculous slow stream, and paper towels dispenses smaller than a folded napkin. Soap gave a button sized amount. Looks to me like an immigrant family bought a decent restaurant and are squeezing every nickel out of its former reputation until it’s run down and nobody comes anymore. I should have known when the asked for tip ahead.
