We have worked with Sherri for almost 20 years (since 1996) starting with our first home purchase in Fremont. She just sold our house in Fremont and she delivered ! In a word — Sherri is EXCEPTIONAL! We have worked with her for 5 years. First in a capacity as a property manager for our executive home during the time we were posted overseas. She made our «landlord» role seamless! We never had to worry about a thing. She has a great network of relationships and knows how to handle renters professionally. Sherri was also, most recently, our RE broker for the same home. I would describe that transaction as a «complex trapeze act that executed as smooth as glass»!! A compressed timeline (7 days) from on market to bid accepted combined with a 1031 exchange during Thanksgiving and prepping a home that needed a notable amount of prep for sale was all done by Sherri with minimal effort on our part. If we could give Sherri and her team 10 stars we would. Sherri is very knowledgeable and brings her years of experience to benefit her clients. She provided wonderful staging and advice on how to get our house ready to sell. She gave spot-​on guidance on how to price the home we were selling so that we believe we got the maximum sales price and the best outcome of the negotiation with the buyer. Then as we were looking for homes to purchase she had all the patience in the world. We looked and looked and looked and looked. We thought we knew what we wanted but we kept refining our requirement list and Sherri adjusted the properties she showed us as our desires changed. Each house we went into she pointed out the pros and cons some of which we did not see at first. She is knowledgeable about construction and home maintenance and understands which issues are a big deal and which ones are easily fixable. She nicely and professionally helped each of us get back on track when we got a little side tracked on certain issues. We are now in a home that we LOVE LOVE LOVE. The house is perfect but we are going to do a little customization using one of her recommended tradesman (another benefit). Oh and her assistants Emily and Melissa know there stuff too! Melissa kept us informed of the purchase and sales steps. Emily was even on site during an inspection when Sherri was not available. She took notes on the issues raised by the inspector and asked good questions and helped us understand the findings.

Pluses: Sherri has a delightful personality. We bought a house with her.
Minuses: She was very busy, would regularly take other calls during our scheduled appointments, one time we were left waiting for a long time with our baby in the car in the cold because she was taking another long phone call elsewhere and didn’t tell us she’d be an hour late. My baby got sick that time. She didn’t have very professional help, felt like she would make promises and not follow through on a number of them. Example: She arranged a «contractor» to redo our new kitchen. I only learned mid way the guy wasn’t licensed and some of the work wasn’t up to code. She was a very sweet person and I wanted to believe in her but was somewhat disappointed. Never saw her after the house deal was done. Said she wanted to see our son and have us stay at her Tahoe house, but those were offered I believe now to expedite and consummate the closing. She’ll not even return a call or text now. I would have preferred she not feign a friendship and then never see or hear from her again. I learned business is business with Sherri despite other appearances.

She is a seasoned realtor. Has good contacts in this field.
She would be quite a busy person but you will have to just follow up with her so that you case don’t get skipped away in her busy schedule. We bough out house through Sherrie and she very friendly, helpful and talented
