I used to love Quizno’s and would always get my sandwiches from here when I was kid. But now that I’m all grown up, have developed taste buds, and have eaten at plenty of sandwich places, Quizno’s is horrible. For one, you can only choose an already selected array of simple sandwiches. There’s no variety of vegetables you can select from and the sandwich in whole tastes no where near where other places. I ordered what used to be my favorite sandwich but the quality just doesn’t stand out as it once did several years ago. I ordered the turkey with swiss and it was just not as tasteful or exciting as I had once enjoyed as a child. I also had the soup which was pretty much Campbell’s chicken noodle broth and more soup than vegetables, noodles, and or chicken. Just overall not a very good re-experience of this once very popular sandwich shop.

I used to love Quiznos back in the day and I still do to some extent but it totally depends on which location you go to. The irvington Quiznos was my go to spot but that closed down years ago. Im left to go to this spot. The asian male manager puts the S in stingy. He will charge extra for anything you ask more for even though the amount he puts isn’t that much to begin with. End result is that your left with an anorexic sandwich! One star for the stingyness and making my sandwich look weak!

This place sucks a**!! We went here for lunch and they ran out of parmesan breads, jalapeño chips, and napkins. They only had 2 types of chips and 2 types of bread(wheat and white). What the! Oh and to top it off, when I got my food the meat was cold. Really? Really! I’m a fan of Quizno’s, but I will never come to this location again. I could tell that the owner is cheap and should be reported to the company. Very disappointed!

This place have one of the SLOWER service I have seen only with Subway before. I enter the shop, stand a good 15mn, when NOBODY greeted me, nor bother to take my order. And NO, the place was not crowded even ! Only one customer front of me who seemed to get the same«non attention». One of the girl was reading a hand written note(from herself probably) while making sandwiches, which already was making her REALLY slow to begin with. At least, a «hi sir, we are sorry for the delay because we have a beginner here today with us» or something like this, will have probably made me wait a bit more, while being less frustrated.

Oi, so my friend had a BOGO groupon he bought, so we came here to use it. Sigh, I can still remember when Quiznos came out it was the shiz, better than subway but more expensive. Let me tell you, Quiznos has not aged well. I got a mesquite chicken sandwich that was just… drowning in ranch with«all the toppings» meaning i had tomatoes, lettuce… that’s it. At least my sandwich was crunchy…

Great place if you want a piece of cooked bread with nothing in it!

They are better with their meat now. But the Asian man who is the owner/manager will skimp on everything and I’m almost certain that they water down their soups.

The worst chili soup I’ve ever had. There is no small chunks of beef. The beef is so fine that I cannot even felt it. Not much beans either. I give them the credit to do the double toast(run by the oven twice) on my sandwich for extra crunchy… ;-)).

reasonably good food. reasonably quick service. Even at lunch rush. Dirty tables and basil tomato soup that tastes like plain tomato if they have it at all.

Totally skimpy on the meat. My steakhouse beef dip might as well be a bread dip sandwich. The manager kept telling the dude to «use less» meat even though the dude was measuring it! And the meat they used didnt even look like the meat i see in this type of sandwich at other Quiznos. Never coming here again.

I used to eat here every other week(I drive through the area for work) and I stopped in on a Wednesday. I gave the«manager» my order and then presented him a coupon. He started to give me a hard time about the coupon and actually argued with me that what was on the coupon wasn’t what I could order. I really don’t remember what was on the coupon(I think it was a free combo with purchase of a torpedo sub). I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. No name tag, so I couldn’t tell if he was or not. Then I asked for the owner’s card. He just pointed me to the door and told me to call the number. Well, it was the Quiznos main number. Of course, you can’t talk to anyone or even get any type of customer service. I in disgust went to the web site and left a complaint. A week and a half later and I haven’t received even a courtesy e-mail from this company. You know what? I am never going to eat at any Quiznos and telling everyone on my Facebook and Twitter not to either. Even if 1⁄3 of my friends stop, that is 40+ people. Take that Quiznos.

My company received a ton of coupons last week for this quizno’s that said«We Deliver». We all love delivery so we read the fine print and made sure everything was correct, went online to place the order, and expected sandwiches in about 30 minutes. We placed the order at 11:30am anticipating arrival at 12:15ish. 12:15 passed… 12:30 passed… finally at 12:45 we call to check the status. Us: We placed an online order for delivery and it still hasn’t arrived. Them:(I don’t remember their exact words but for the most part this is what they said) Online orders reach us a bit slow, if you call in it will be better. Us: Okay so when can we expect our sandwiches? Them: You still want them? Us: Yes we’ll wait. They told us that they would give us the sandwiches for free… kudos for that. Tell me why they send someone with the money but WITHOUT the sandwiches??? Ok so we’re still waiting. Then a couple minutes later we get another person from quizno’s to stop by delivering MORE coupons that say WEDELIVER. Still no sandwiches. We call again and finally at around 1:45 — 2:00ish they come. After two visits from other quizno’s workers. You know how many sandwiches we ordered? 4. FOUR sandwiches. All of that for just 4 sandwiches. I hate giving bad reviews but this was seriously just stupid. Marketing lesson… when you advertise and it works people will call and expect what you were marketing. Please staff and plan accordingly…

Once a week I ordered from Quizno’s for my company and discovered that this location charges more for their party platters than others surrounding it! When I questioned this, the employee was rude and basically said«so what.» A couple of minutes more and you can be at the Irvington Palms Plaza branch, which is even better than the average Quizno’s.
