Good crews here! They gave you good service and also dont make you wait every Saturday night! I love the chicken better than KFC!

Chicken are pretty good the crews are friendly some people dont understand that some crew are new! But the others are really fast making orders! Best popeyes than Union City!

Love that chicken from popeyes. They got my order wrong. A 2 piece dinner instead of a 3 piece. The chicken was good as was the biscuit and green beans. Pretty good for fast food.

I don’t eat here often. But every once in a while I get a craving & this place hits the spot. 5 strip spicy with Cajun fries. Can’t go wrong. I personally like Popeyes over KFC.

I really like the chicken at this place, but if you come in after 6:30Pm this is what you get:
*A line out the door
*Mild chicken mixed with spicy chicken (when asked which one was spicy or mild I get the shrugged shoulders from the counter people).
*A very big need to double check you order (I was missing an order)
*If ordering a big order (ordered the 16 piece) expect to receive a very disappointed look from the cashier as if the order was too big and it was some sort of hassle for them to make the order (I thought they were in the business to make chicken???).
The place could be a lot better if they were more organized and had they proper training (customer service basics). Again. love the chicken… just everything else needs work.

Felix likes the chicken here. We’ve come here many times. Seems the place is going down hill. Poor cashier. He was really young. He got the order wrong. So I had to bring it back. The manager made it right. But I asked for a little more gravy so they wanted to charge me 80 cents for a cup full as big as the mash potatoes cup. No. I only wanted a drizzle. They had no salt. Kinda of a mess there. It’s hard to find good help or you gotta train ‘em. It was ok. That’s why I gave a 3.

I came here on a Tuesday, where they have 2 piece (1 leg/​1 thigh) for $ 1.99. The chicken was just right, but the customer service was okay. Being my first visit here, the cashier was nice enough to let me know that I could make multiple orders of the Tuesday special.

CAJUN RICE SMELLS LIKE DOG FOOD but it tastes ok. However, I do like the service here. They’re nice and fair although I came back with 2 minutes with my receipt after bringing back my order because they forgot some items that I purchased. I’m glad I double checked in the car before driving off. I wanted to double check in he store but I didn’t want to hold up the line and allude that like they’re incompetent. But they quickly rectified the problem and I left home.

I drove to this Popeyes location on August 5^th, 2015 at 10:30 pm. 30 min PRIOR to closing time only for the workers to tell me «sorry we are closed.» Wished someone would either change the time on the website or perhaps change the staff…

The food is always hot, and looks just like it does on the menu pictures. A good place to stop for something to eat when you’re out shopping, or want to bring dinner home already prepared.

Great location. Been coming here for years now. Always a couple of friendly familiar faces working here. The chicken is pretty tasty most of the time. I ask for it to be made fresh, which to me is a must-​have if I’m going to justify the price.

Wow. This place is highly mismanaged.
One star and that was for the food being fresh. As if there was an alternative in the matter.
I made my way though and placed my order…
25 minutes later on a Wednesday night at dinner time, I got my food and was on my way.
Yes.A 25 minute wait after paying. For an 8 pc chicken.
Some ahead of me waited longer, and some that did not wish to wait longer, asked for refunds.
So apparently they ran out of all of their mild chicken.
They didn’t bother to tell anyone that they were running low or out.
They did not let anyone placing orders after they had ran out that there would be a delay.
They were ignoring their line that was beginning to build and everyone was becoming annoyed with it.
The lady who would eventually ask for her money back, at one point, asked «how much longer» and was told by a worker «2 minutes».
Well, 2 turned into another 10 and then she decided to split.
I should have seen the writing on the wall right after I had placed my order and it took the entire crew of three ladies to attempt to put together someone else’s order.
So yeah. They could have eased the situation by letting the line know that there would be a wait, how long it may be and offer a freebie to everyone that waited,
Not what I want to do for 35 minutes after working all day.
I will never go to this particular Popeyes again.
A hundred times no.

Their chicken tastes gross and it’s way overpriced. The chicken was all dry and tasted old. Ripoff, always gives me stomach problems too.

Gotta go to this place on Tuesdays! 2 pieces of chicken for $ 1.50! And remember you can make multiple orders of this special. So if you want 10 pieces, don’t order the 10 piece meal. Make sure to tell them that you want 5 orders of the Tuesday 2 piece special! It’s so worth it!
Also if you order a family size meal (not Tuesday special), it will take longer. Not only because there are more pieces, but for some reason the people that order the Tuesday special have priority and get their food faster even if they ask for 5 orders of it. I almost thought they forgot my order. Lastly, when they first put the food in my box I noticed it had white & dark meat. When they called my number I asked if it was all dark meat and they said «You want dark meat?» So I pointed to the screen that they look at to determine what the customer wants and it clearly says «all dark» So they turned around, emptied the box and refilled it with all dark meat. Plus I asked them to include wings in my all dark meat order and that didn’t happen.
I might not go back to this location, but Popeyes is definitely better than KFC in terms of the chicken. Service is lacking.

Employees running around to get the orders out, and there was even one employee who looked like she didn’t want to be there; just stood near the cash register playing around with her ring while there was a line forming. She didn’t bother to open the other cash register to help with the line.
Chicken was good, though.

Popeye’s is an infrequent eats these days. regular prices isn’t that worthy.
Tuesdays is a different story. drumstick and thigh special (1.49)

I tried the strips combo meal. The strips were good sized and crispy. The cajun fries tasted liked cajun fries that I’ve had at other places. Not a bad portion for the price.
The letdown? The light & fluffy biscuit was anything but! Bite into it and it crumbled!
I’ll try a po’boy and the jambalaya, but not anytime soon.
The service was quick and the place was clean.

As a kid, I remember Popeye’s being my family’s go to place for quick lunch or dinner (not this location) and I used to enjoy it. I stupidly went here after shopping at the Hub because the smell of the fried chicken in the air. I was sadly disappointed. The workers there are kinda rude, and they don’t offer water cups?! That’s just weird. To make it worse the chicken was disgusting, too salty, and just gross. I couldn’t even finish a small chicken wing. Please people, don’t give this Popeye’s location business! So much other food at the Hub to eat at!

I love Popeyes but the chicken here was a bit dry. I also asked for spicy and the food was not spicy at all! At least the biscuits were still as awesome as ever.
Also they don’t put water out and instead hand you tiny cups of water from behind the counter.
