Peet’s Coffee & Tea

On Tuesday (June 14^th) I went in to this Peet’s location and I COMPLETELY forgot to take the survey about the service I received! This team seemed to operate like a completely cohesive unit. Everyone was so kind and helpful to all of the guests which helped everyone get there drinks in a timely fashion. Great service!

The cashier was very friendily, however the girl who is making and handing out our drinks was very rude. We asked for a cup of whip cream on the side, she was giving us a huge attitude looking for an argument, terrible service! never coming here again!

Service beyond your expectations. Delicious coffee. I love the ambiance and fun and food at Peets in Fremont…

I am always here. Before work. Sometimes after work. Definitely on weekends. Who doesn’t want to go where everybody knows your name & your drink (except for the newbies). I love the employees here. They are always so welcoming & always has a smile on their faces. I love the coffee too. Never had a bad coffee here. Always strong. Always satisfying. I always meet friends & family here for coffee. My favorite spot!

So 4 years later and this Peet’s location still does not disappoint. The staff is always friendly, professional, and efficient. Great job crew.

I’ve been coming to this Peet’s for almost five years now and NEVER had any issues — its seriously been my second home– drinks are great, customer service on point, great atmosphere — until I had my order done with a lady a couple months back known as «Amanda»
I came in with family who were visiting the area, around 8 of us and she gave us the most ridiculous attitude, she was mad the entire time taking our orders and evidently after the 6 member of the family took their order she just threw our purchase with attitude to another worker to take care of us .Yes I understand talking a order of 6+ people takes time but I did not expect to be treated like this from a place i love dearly
I’ve come in from time to time since then and she always has the same attitude not sure why but this individual needs to learn to deal with public more politely — if she cant than Peets isn’t the place for her to work

Before work I stop by here for a perfectly made drink and a friendly experience!!! Often my cashier is Connie. Connie is extremely nice and never fails to get my drink order right!!! The manager Helida is very sweet and both of them set the par for a great local coffee spot!!! What’s also great is that their quick!!! We can all agree that this makes a trip to the coffee shop great!

Confession. One of the baristas here knows my name. Short of calling me «Norm», she greets me happily by name when she takes my order.
Makes me nervous but I love it! Haha!
Praise. They cater to your preferences. I’m a bit of a «Sally» which can complicate order details but they patiently and happily take my order. And the delivery is 99% perfect!

I really like this Café. It has a nice vibe inside and it is clean. The customers seem to be cool and have friendly demeanors which is a plus for me.
I ordered a small Havana Cappuccino and you know what folks, I really liked it! They have a promotional thing going on right now and the way it works is:
«Check In» on Unilocal and you get a $ 1 off on the Havana Cappuccino.
Not bad right? Anyway, since I’ve tried this drink, I’ve been coming here more often. It has a chocolate like taste with cinnamon and it totally wakes me up! I’m not sure if this drink is new and if it is, I hope they keep it because I will totally continue to order this bad boy! I’ve always been a dedicated and loyal customer to Starbucks but I think I may have to switch over to Peets Coffee.

One of my favorite Peet’s cafes, where the staff is friendly and helpful, and the barista never hesitates to make your drinks right for you.
The room is always packed and line can be long in the morning, however, making us avoid this location on some chilly or raining days when it’s impossible to sit outside.

The service is short and sweet. I walked in at about 9AM and it was a pretty long line, so I expected a long wait. Buuut I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes! The cashier was pleasant, greeted me with a «good morning» and a smile. I ordered a soy green tea latte and a chocolate croissant. They gave me my croissant right away (minus a half star for not offering to heat it up though) and my latte came out quickly.
I’ve had better croissants but this one was good enough to satisfy my craving. I really enjoy the green tea latte, it’s not too sweet without being bland, and it’s a great texture! At some shops, I feel like I can totally taste the matcha powder, but mine was smooth and frothy.
I really don’t know why it’s taken me so long to come in and try this place. Will definitely be coming back!

It’s cold as fuck always in here. Bring your jacket if you plan to stay awhile. Seriously can someone turn down the coldness? Please

A great local Peet’s!
Tends to get a bit overcrowded and tables get taken really fast. But they will forever have a soft spot in my heart because of how nice one of their baristas were to me when I spilled my glass water bottle all over the place. Seriously, glass and water everywhere. Thanks for being so kind.
My favorite here is either a dirty Chai latte (non fat latte with an espresso shot) or a small non fat latte with an extra shot. LOVE this place for a quick coffee when I’m on my way out of Fremont.

You know when someone makes your coffee with love. Now here’s a place that’s speedy but who make your drink with that loooovin feelin. The drinks are made to perfection (without too much sugary syrups!!)
The location has a decent amount of seating and well lit with natural lighting. It’s a little loud so bring headphones for studying. there’s outdoor seating so get your drink «for here» when on a date and chat it up on the patio.
Come here and feel the love (and efficiency) cause it’s made fast but it’s done right.

Normally I would LOVE Peet’s but this place is really tiny and always packed. The last few times I was adventurous and tried new coffees. It didn’t hit my coffee needs. I didn’t feel that perk and I wasn’t happy with the taste of my mocha and the black tie whatever the special was (one was for my sister and one was mine and we swapped and neither of us were happy with either drink). Will come back to try more things and update my review but til then, 3 stars it is.
For students, good luck trying to find a table.

Great place to grab coffee and have a conversation with friends. Unlike Starbucks, Suju’s and Philz, there were not a lot of people coming here to study. In my opinion, this place is too loud to get any studying done.
I ordered the matcha green tea java blended with vanilla. Delicious! The vanilla is an extra 50 cents, but it’s worth it if you’re looking for something sweet.

Good place to work on your laptop or chat with friends.
Wifi a little slow but still works :)
I alway get cold brew to keep me awake.

I’ve been here off and on for the past 6 or so years and it’s been a great option for non-​Starbucks coffee. Iced lattes are always a good choice here.
Most recently, I tried their new Black Tie iced coffee. It’s cold brew layered with sweetened condensed milk, chicory simple, syrup, and a little half and half. Worried that it would be too sweet, I asked for it half as sweet as it normally is.
I loved it! I was hoping for something that would remind me of New Orleans style iced coffee, and that’s very close to what I got. Overall, it’s a strong, sweet iced coffee. The drink has a nice body and is creamy with a unique sweetness from the chicory. I’d like a stronger note of chicory just for my own preference, so I’ll ask for that next time and see how it is. Half-​sweet was just enough for me. A friend told me she tried it at regular sweetness and found it too sweet, so maybe half-​sweet is the way to go for everyone.
This Peet’s is large and has plenty of seating. It’s also well-​lit, has wifi, and has outlets, which makes it perfect for reading or studying/​doing work. And that’s exactly what you’ll see a lot of people doing here. Baristas are friendly and knowledgeable, and they’re always happy to make any adjustments to your order.
Overall, a good neighborhood option to pick up coffee to go or to sit down and lounge for a while.

I found this Peet’s to be average but I HAVE to give it an extra star for convenience and location. It’s located down the block from Fremont BART and has tons of parking. There’s also an infinite amount of restaurants in the area (including the Counter) to satisfy those taste buds.
I ordered a Large Iced Green Tea which was on par. The service was friendly and there’s a decent amount of indoor and outdoor seating.
I’ll be back again the next time I’m waiting for someone to pick me up from BART. Very convenient!

I have nothing creative and witty to say. I love Peet’s. This is the closest location to my home so I, without any complaints, drive here just to have their wonderful coffee. Now I do have other wonderful options that are actually closer. But due to the location of where I usually run. Peets wins by default.
