I called this establishment to look at a Kirby G3 I am renovating. The call was answered by Amir, who came to pick up the Kirby from my work. I wanted him to check the bearings, which he said were good. He replaced the belt on the power nozzle and charged me $ 5 for it. I had belts, so I wish he would have advised me first. But he discounted his services by about $ 10 so I guess I can’t complain too too much. He did try twice to get me to upgrade to a newer Kirby unit, but as he said, he’s never seen a Kirby G3 so clean and in such good condition for its age. Over all, I got my vacuum back in 4 days with peace of mind, so I would recommend to anyone that needs Kirby help.
