I enjoy coming to this McDonald’s location every weekday morning for breakfast. The staff always remembers me and they greet me very nicely every time I’m here. They seem to always know what I am going to order, and I never had any problem with their service. 5 Stars!

I don’t know Why I keep going to this McDonalds location, the first time I ordered through the drive through, I don’t eat McDonald’s, but my daughter asked to get something to eat. I drove up to the window and ordered what was a Mcgriddle, hash brown, and a drink, I didn’t know what type of Mcgriddle was offered so When the lady who was taking my order said what kind, I said the regular, the lady taking my order replied back«just bread» I’m like is she being a smart ass or what. When I drove up to the window to pay, I gave her a piece of advice when working with customers not to make smart remarks like that because Customers are ALWAYS right, and if I wanted to just eat Bread, I wouldn’t be purchasing that bread from McDonald’s. I vowed never to go back, and I should of stuck to my decision but today we went again to pick some breakfast up, and when I got up to the drive through to order, I sat at that ordering box for almost 8 minutes. I will NOT be returning and this is an awful place, the people, and employees doesn’t have good customer service and I’m sure the management team doesn’t have a good sense to what and how their employees serve their guests. No starts for this location.

Super gross place. And what’s the point of two microphones when you only ever use one at a time? And to top things off I once saw a freakin hobo in the restroom!

Consistently slow and rude… i swear they also want to turn our kids into popsicles too! The play place is ice frigging cold… the only reason reason I ended up here is because my daughter wanted to play, chik-fil-a is closed and it’s too cold and dark outside… it is is a wonder this place is even in business.

This McDonald’s is very close to my house but I never go here anymore. Every single time I’ve ordered from their drive thru. they got some part of my order wrong. It’s almost funny. Almost.

Super bad customer service. Ask for a refill under the free refill tag. The reps just say no refill and tell me to call the customer report number. Just uphappy dinning experience.

Went to their drive through tonight at midnight. There was only one car ahead of me. It took them damn near twenty minutes for them to get their food. I would have just backed out but I was sandwiched in.(No pun intended). But that isn’t the reason why I’m giving them one star. I ordered two jalapeño mcdoubles, a twenty piece chicken mcnuggets, large fries with a side of ranch powder and a mcflurry. So they gave me two jalapeño MCCHICKENS. They gave me the WRONG sauce for my nuggets. They did not give me the ranch I asked for. And I did not get a spoon for the mcflurry. By the time I got home I figured out that the messed up on every single aspect of my order so I didn’t want to go waste another 45 minutes of my time over a $ 15 order…

If you have dietary needs beware! This is the 2nd time I ordered a egg white mc muffin and always request it without ham. Every time they put ham in it anyways. The worst part is they LIE about it when I ask them at the pick up window just to make sure. If you don’t mind a place that doesn’t value their customers this is the place for you.

I called and asked if they delivered and they said no, as I proceeded to ask more questions they thought it was a prank phone call from my cellular device. Terrible customer service 10⁄10 would not reccomend. Burger King is better, Heil Hitler.

This is by far the worst facility, staff and food from any McDonald’s, ever. I’ve never had crappier service and food.

Ok I don’t do fast food much but today I broke down and picked up a burger. Drove home and my double quarter only had one patty! The place was dead so it not like there was a rush. In a dumb move I drove back and ask them to fix it. While waiting I watched them screw up two more orders shorting people. Then someone asks about getting the tables cleaned and the guy behind the register must have been high as a kite as he just looked at her like she was a moron. Get my replacement and they only put one cheese on it, what the heck you already screwed up once and you error on the second chance? The guy behind the counter just responds, «hu that’s why I don’t eat here anymore». I understand it’s fast food and the food quality is not what they are competing on so service should be important. Avoid if you can, and if you must check every part of your order.

Is it possible to give no stars!!! I live around the corner from this craphole so I swing by every now and then. And every time I order from this place they f$#k up our order. No sauce for nuggets, order iced coffee and get vanilla crap ass iced drink, easy on the Mac sauce? Nope!!! They put extra. These asswipes couldn’t get an order right if there was a gun to their head. DON’T MAKETHEMISTAKEOFGOINGHERE!!! STAYAWAY!

This is perhaps the *only McDonald’s location I’ve ever been to that had ridiculous amount of wait time on a weekend. The customers were ordering simple items, mainly breakfast combo meals and the employees seemed utterly lost and confused. One employee seemed dazed and incoherent. Not sure if that employee should be allowed to continue the work shift.(Not fired. Everyone has bad days. I understand that.) My breakfast order literally took over half an hour. So did other customers’ orders. One customer had to actually come back from ordering her order via Drive-Thru to complain to the manager right in front of me. Some coordination is definitely needed when it comes to working together as a team here at this location. The employee taking the orders seemed to be in training and weekend breakfast hour is hardly an ideal time to station a new employee on the cash register, taking orders from customers who are already irate looking at what is happening to the customers ahead of them. Management needs to better organize their resources on this one. Finally, after getting my order, the manager apologised and gave me a couple of Apple Pies and two Hash Browns as complimentary items. I didn’t want them, but the manager apologised profusely, so I had to choice but to take the items, as taking those items would obviously signify my acceptance of her apology.(I accepted her apology.) I think the issue isn’t the employees. I think the issue is the lack of better utilization of resources and placing more experienced employees at the forefront. Lack of communication between employees placing the order and the ones preparing the order is non-existent.(If the receipt says«ask me» then the employee needs to wait for further directions from the person who entered in the order, so that the order is correctly prepared. What I found rather unique is that almost 80% or more of the customers had the same exact issue. *Their order was either not prepared in acceptable time, or their order was completely wrong. Hopefully, those who have the power to change things would take the time to change things for the better and utilize this review as a constructive tool to improve on their entire team, and provide better customer experience that diners have grown to expect from McDonald’s Restaurant.

Well this is probably going to be a really biased review but oh well. All McDonald’s are the same, mediocre and meh! I used to love this place as a child and teenager then I grew up and my taste buds changed lol. I could no longer stomach these thin, questionable burgers or nuggets. I strictly go here for the $ 1 drinks, caramel sundaes and the occasional apple pie. Other than those three things I do not consume anything else from here. I’m always satisfied with those items although I do miss when they had the fried apple pies but a baked one will suffice. I can’t write them off completely for nostalgic reasons and the fact that they have the best sundaes and dr. Pepper. Trust me not all dr pepper out of soda machines taste the same. If I’m dying of thirst or it’s midnight I will drive here just for that tasty dr pepper!

This McDonalds is constantly making mistakes with orders but even worse is the attitude they have. They don’t greet you and when I was paying the guy yanked my card out of my hands. The lady who handed me my food wouldn’t even look at or speak to me when I said,” hello & Thank you.” She however spoke Spanish to her coworker extremely well when she was bothered because I asked for jelly. RUDE!

Pleasantly, to my surprise this McDonald’s has certainly changed for the better! Not only has the building gotten a remodel and new look, but so has the inside! It is now a more modernized McDonald’s and very refreshing! I wonder if the management of this McDonald’s read my previous review, because in my previous review I mentioned that they’d have to make your Ice Cream orders in the back instead of the front, like other McDonald’s but to my surprise they now have the Ice Cream Machine in front now. Makes me wonder if they read this or not or if it was just part of the remodel… They finally got rid of those«Green Open Signs and Red Closed Signs» that they had at the registers telling customers which are open and what not… those needed to go and they finally are! Service was pretty quick today, although the guy who took my order was nice and he spoke Cantonese(Chinese). I know that because I could hear him speaking Cantonese to the elderly customer in front of me, who was Chinese. Which is nice that they have someone who speaks Chinese because it didn’t seem like the elderly man spoke any English. Also, while dining here, I noticed a nice man(wearing a nice polo type shirt) walking around throughout the McDonald’s. I think he might be the manager of this location perhaps, didn’t look like a Health Inspector, but then again you never know. If he was the manager, that’s good because it shows that management cares enough to walk around and inspect everything that’s going on here at their McDonald’s. Seating is very limited here due to the indoor Play Place taking up almost half of the restaurant. There are signs throughout the restaurant, saying«Please No Loitering, Time Limit 30 Minutes for Customers Consuming Food». It’s understandable that they’d have those signs because there really is limited seating at this location. Oh and in the small dining area, they have a Flat Screen TV for you to watch while you consume your foods. Parking is a hassle here at this McDonald’s because of the small parking lot and the Walgreen’s. Restaurant Hours are as follows: Lobby Open: 5AM — 11PM. Drive Thru Open: 24 Hours! Improvements have been made here and service is friendly. Good job to the Decoto McDonald’s! :)

Went the other night to get a small snack, because I like food. Went through the drive-thru and noticed that they have TWO ordering areas now, back to back. That’s pretty cool. I remember in the past having been turned away because they could only take cash for some reason and we didn’t have any cash on us, so we drove through the drive-thru empty-handed. I don’t think this is ever okay): During my most recent visit, I tried to get some tea but was told they didn’t have tea, but they were super apologetic which I really appreciate. I understand that it’s normal to not have anyone order tea late at night so I can’t really blame them.): One of the other things we ordered was the Grilled Onion Cheddar Burger off the dollar menu. Okay, I KNOW not to expect the same thing we see in the pictures/advertisements, but seriously what we got was a sad excuse for a burger… The grilled onions looked like they were grilled for daysss and tasted like nothing. The patty too. And the cheese. Everything was flavorless! I tasted the buns, that’s it. Yum, buns. Everything else was okay that night. I was surprised to see a manager working the drive-thru with the employee manning the drive-thru. That’s always good, good management is always good!
