L’Amour Shoppe

I couldn’t be more embarrassed to go into the store. I was raised that all this is bad. But I walked in and I asked for some help and woman here was so helpful. I will definitely be coming back. I appreciate the professionalism and her being real with me. She offered me several options. She wasn’t trying to upsell me which I was worried about when I came in because of stuff can get expensive. Thank you!

The clerk (older Asian man) happened to ask for my ID and I gave it to him with no problem what I didn’t like was he said my full name out loud in front of a bunch of other customers! Talk about being discreet!, and he had a really rude tone and since I look really young since I just turned 18, he kept talking about the police coming by and always being outside and making other rude remarks. And got tired of it so I walked out. I will never be coming here again, lost my business and I’ll make sure to tell all my friends to take there business somewhere else!

It’s not the best place. Bits it’s not the worst either.

I recently came to this store with my girlfriend and the clerk accused us of stealing in a passive aggressive manner. It was the older asian man with the glasses. I told him I was offended by what he was trying to say and all he said was that «some people» come and try on things! This guy had no people skills at all and he was eye balling us from the minute we walked in and we didn’t even take anything off the racks! I’d suggest going to the one in Hayward there more friendlier and they hire individuals who know how to talk to people!!!

I’m just happy to have something in town. Moderate selection of toys and gear… nothing too out of the ordinary. The place was clean and well lit, if a little understocked.

Well in all honesty it is not the best adult shop I’ve been to, neither is it the worse. It’s actually a decent sized shop for the area so you can not beat that at all, unless you want to make a drive.
Anyhow, lets get down to it.
Great selection of Movies and Magazine, to be expected for any Adult store, but I do think the selection is rather good. I was a bit bummed on their Asian section. Seemed like every time I was there it was dull and or lacking. Everything else seemed rather decent. *we all got different taste buds*
They have a small amount of toys and what not. Nothing I would consider too insane. A lot of the stuff seemed a bit too «Jokey» for me. The type of ish you ladies would buy for your girl nights. You know like Penis straws, Penis Head Bands, and stuff like that. They also carried a lot of sets, like sex game sets and such to that nature; stuff like Eatable Panties with Furrzy Handcuffs. A staple for most adult stores but to me, too toyish. rather rock the real deal *my opinion*
They did have their share of Vibrators and Masterbators but overall the selection was not that great.
Guys: Well we pretty much strike out here like most Adult stores when it comes to toys. Majority of toys are for women, unless you are in to having something up your bum; I’ll pass. There were a handful of Onaholes, Sleeves, typical Masterbator’s and Pumps. But not much at all and hardly any of the good stuff, most look rather cheap. Not saying the price but the overall product. I do not remember seeing any Japanese products but the majority of both male and female seem to be unknown brands. BUT there were a handful of well know brands; just saying the ratio paned to unknown and cheap looking in my opinion and from my knowledge.
They also have an Arcade for you Jack Shack people; no thanks here but it seemed to be busy every time I would go into the shop.
Overall not too bad of a place. Great place to pick up some mags, a dvd, and maybe some lube and rubbers. For the l
