Grand Gutters

This company is impossible to deal with. No one knows w hat the other is doing. They make and cancel appointments time after Time. I was quite patient w them and I paid the price. Still waiting. If you need good work in a timely fashion, look elsewhere. I wasted weeks with them and now have to start over other a reliable company.

Grand Gutters replaced a section of my grandma’s gutters and she loved them! She said Jayson came out to her house right away when she called and did an estimate. They were fair priced and did an excellent job! She liked them so much that she had me write a review for her :)

I had Grand Gutters replace a section of gutter above my front porch. I wanted the pattern to match my existing gutters and Jayson came through. He provided aluminum gutters that look like the existing galvanized ones AND they were painted brown like my existing gutters. It actually saves me the time on painting them… A Fantastic Job!

I used Grand Gutters to help me with some remodeling in my living room. (Custom cabinets and book shelves) The owner Jayson was full of wonderful ideas and did an amazing job. He was prompt daily, work fast as well as efficient. Rashelle, his wife (office manager) was very prompt on returning my phone calls and answering any questions. A pleasure to talk too. This family ran business is highly recommended!

I used Grand Gutters for my bathroom remodel on a referral by a neighbor that had used them and raved about their work… Wow what a fantastic job they did for me!
The owner came out to give me an estimate. He was prompt, courteous, and friendly and gave me a detailed estimate of the work proposed the next day. I called and scheduled them to come and do the work. Again they were prompt, courteous and friendly. The team did the work professionally and cleaned up after themselves every day. Jayson, the owner, made it a point to inspect and review the work with me throughout the project. He was easy to communicate with and he answered all of my questions and made me feel great about my choice to use them!
They handled the construction (built walls, drywall hang and texture), plumbing (shower/​tub, sink, etc.), electrical (lights fans, plugs), tile and back splash (full tile and shower and vanity back splash), vanity install (installed the vanity and plumbed it and installed faucets), crown molding, new door install and trim, new toilet install… everything. Turnkey, one stop shop and the prices were amazing.
I will use them for all of my home improvement needs… it’s not just gutters, but a turnkey construction/​remodel outfit staffed with true craftsmen that pay attention to the details and take pride in their work.

This is a family owned business that we have used many times. Jayson the owner is one of the hardest working men I know. He also is connected very well within the community since he grew up in the area. We actually have called him to get referrals for new windows, painting and any home improvement needs. They are the people you need to know when wanting quality work with the best price point. I highly recommend them :)

The gutters are perfect, the color matches exactly. The installer was fantastic and did a beautiful job, cleaned up after himself and was a pleasure to deal with.
Having said all of that this is the absolute flakiest home improvement company I’ve ever dealt with. When I called and asked for an estimate it was delayed and the next day the owners brother came out and did an estimate on the spot. He was a nice guy who was helping out but since this was a part time gig for him he did not have any samples or color charts with him.
After comparing the estimate to a couple of others I got and even though this was not the lowest estimate after checking their BBB report, contractor’s license and factoring in a promised 5% discount I accepted the estimate.
The morning after the estimate I phoned and left a message telling them I accepted the estimate and requesting a phone call to schedule. Since I left the message on Saturday morning I did not expect a call until Monday morning. By Monday evening I was wondering what the heck was going on so I phoned again late on Monday, left another message. Later that night I got a quick phone call from a VERY fast talking young lady who said «wel’ll call you back in an hour to schedule.» Two hours later I called back and was told things were too confusing to schedule and they’d get back to me.
A couple of days later I was getting ready to get more estimates when Grand called to schedule — Good.
The installer showed up on time, did his job and when I asked for a bill told me he did not deal with that. At this point all the paperwork I had was an estimate with my first name on it, no last name. I never signed a contract, I never talked to a principal from the company and was fairly amazed at their lack of professionalism
After about a week wondering if I’d ever hear from them again I got a bill. It was address to Mark (no last name) and did not include the 5% discount their flyer promised. I decided to pay the bill minus the 5% and told them that, that’s when they started to communicate insisting the 5% was for my NEXT job, not this one.
I’ll pay them but there will never be a NEXT job, not from these guys.
