You don’t want to get mixed up with Charles! He has you sign an estimate that you later find out he considers it to be a contract. He doesn’t tell you he charges for an estimate, unless you don’t hire him. Then he whines about his time not being free. I bought a heater from him, and then was unable to have the installation, so I asked to return it (I hadn’t even gotten it yet) and he told me that out of the $ 600.00 I paid for it, I would only get back $ 31.00! I said that I would keep it then. He said that before I could get it, I would have to pay him for his time to buy the heater and to pick it up, which he calculated at $ 292.21, and I had to bring CASH! He must be doing badly if he has to pull such stunts to make money! He is also mean, and smarmy! STAT FAR AWAY from CDR Remodeling!

I have used the services of Charlie Durhan for the past 5 years in my home and office. He has done the most amazing work, ranging from fixing leaky pipes to constructing shelves for various rooms in my house. Not only is he timely, professional, and cooperative, but he follows through with every project, until it exceeds my expectations. In addition, he truly cares about the state of my household and, at times, drops everything to come fix a home «emergency», without even thinking twice. If that isn’t quality service, I don’t know what is.
I honestly believe that he can fix/​build/​repair anything and I would be at a loss without him. If you are looking for an honest, dependable, and hardworking individual, Charlie is the contractor for you
