Didnt sell what I wanted too but the customer service here is awesome! Parking is in the back and you enter in the frontside on the main street. I had two pieces to sell and the guy behind the counter was super nice and honest. He have me his opinion which I was grateful. This place didnt try to low ball or make me feel cheated. I defin come back for future needs.

Had some gold jewelry that I have been wanting to turn into cash. With all the places buying gold I had no idea who to turn to that would be fair, honest and would help educate me. This is the place. They were more than fair with the price, explained everything to me and did not pressure me into selling anything. Could not be more satisfied. Highly recommend this place.

I was selling some old gold and went to a store in Fremont and instinctively knew I wasn’t getting the best price, so I checked Unilocal and read the reviews. They gave me much more than what the other store offered and they were very upfront about how they pay. They assess the gold in front of you, show you how it’s calculated and measured and pay you cash. All while being friendly and professional!!! Yusuf is great to work with! I asked for all stones to be returned to me and he took care of it for me! Highly recommend them if you want a great price and quick service!

I came upon this place on a fluke by a stranger that said Gold Mill will give me a better offer for my gold. I was at the jewelry strore couple buildings down so I tried my luck on Gold Mill. I have gotten the best offer from the all the other Cash For Gold i went to. I came back a few weeks later to cash my gold in for $$. Abu The owner of Gold Mill is very friendly and will give you the better price then any place!

I didn’t buy actual jewelry here, but my 6 yr old son got his watch fixed here. We dropped it off and they said they could do it right away, but because I was in a rush and they were working with other customers, I said I would be back in a couple of days… I didn’t even get a ticket or anything, I just left a name. I don’t know what I was thinking. I worried, that my watch could be gone or anything… when we returned a couple days later, the gentleman remembered my son and treated him like a genuine customer. Called him Mr. [last name], shook his hand, the whole deal. Made my son feel really good. I appreciated that. Thank you Gold Mill for the wonderful customer service!
