Fremont Healthcare has the finest Physical Therapy Staff (5 stars!). They are a well oiled machine, very well managed. The PT team is happy, professional, skilled, compassionate and they sincerely care for the optimal health and wellbeing of the residents.
My mother is 99 yo. In May 2015 she fractured her femur. My concern was «Will she be able to regain her mobility?» Thanks to the creative work and dedication of the PT staff mom is going back to walking around the block using her walker again.
Our family is very grateful for the kindness and care from the entire Fremont Healthcare Staff.

Disappointed and Heartbreaking
My mother 73 years old was robbed by a staff in the wee hours of the day and it sad as well as scary to think that the ones who we I trusted with her care would do something to endanger her instead. It further shocked me to be informed that there is no real security in the facility to insure the safety of the patients and there belongings. I guess I was mistaken to believe that at each shift change it would be noted if there were any changes to the patients care and inventory of their belongings. As I see it the managerial staff is responsible to ensure that each patient is given the best of care and the property of those patients especially the weak and vulnerable ones are routinely inventoried. In their neglect to do so my mother became a target by a conniving heartless thief who in the pretense of changing my mothers diaper forcefully removed my mothers bracelet from her arm as my mother struggled to resist the removal of the bracelet that was given to her by my departed father. The managerial staff has made efforts to try and locate the bracelet and culprit but informed me that they were unsuccessful so offered to pay for the value of the bracelet. At this point what choice do I have? This is a case of neglect and elderly abuse and if I do nothing who will be the next victim and what about those that were victimize already and didn’t have a voice?
