I had an agent, but ran into a open house Kat was working at in Union City. I wasn’t interested in that house and had an offer on another house at the time, but Kat was so helpful and confident she could help me find a house. Her timing was perfect! She called me right after our agent dropped the ball.
Kat didn’t give us time to be bummed; she took us out to 6 houses the next day from 6pm to 10pm (we had so much fun) and a couple of days later she took us to another 6 houses. Thats when we found our house! She won us the offer, found us an inspector and a contractor, negotiated repairs and furniture, and even ran our down payment to the title company. We closed a month after meeting.
When I met her for the final walk though she had even bought my husband and I two lovely/​thoughtful house warming gifts. She is an Angel with wings and eveything you could hope for in a real estate agent. You can feel the love she has for her clients in all that she does.
