Coco Beans Candy & More Llc

Coco Beans is SUPER cute and I can’t say enough about it’s lovely owner and her daughter. A close friend of mine, a Detroit-​area-​to-​Fremont transplant, brought me here as part of my tour of downtown Freemont and what a gem! Even though she said they were still replenishing their abundant chocolate stock after Valentine’s Day, I still had a remarkable selection of delicious chocolates to choose from. I selected a few, almost all dark chocolate as it is an absolute favorite — sea salted caramel, a dark chocolate champagne truffle, peanut butter something amazing, sugar cookie truffle (quite sweet, but true to flavor) and a few delicious others. Had I had the time, I would have stopped to take some for my trek back to Michigan.
I have to say though, the feather in Coco Beans’ hat, I am not a «sweets» person. I like chocolate, but sometimes find things far too sweet and they make my teeth hurt — namely, fudge. I have found fudge that doesn’t make my teeth hurt! It was the perfect balance of flavor and sweet… and some caramel, and I can’t complain about that!
