I used this service to clean my concrete patio and pressure wash an extremely 2 story large Victorian house. Excellent job and looks great, better than I expected. He had a really good attitude and eager to do a very good job. I rarely do reviews but he did such a great job I decided to take some time on my Friday night and type this review.

Zaid provided the best service experience I have ever had. Prompt, professional, thorough, reasonable rates, great communications. He did my driveway and my stained concrete patio area around my pool. I had forgotten to clear out an area that was to be washed and he came back days later to wash it without any extra charge. He followed up to make sure I was happy with the service and addressed the few small areas where I had concerns. I am very happy with the concrete cleaning results and the experience.

ClearPath did a fantastic job on my house yesterday.
Zaid is a true professional, knows his stuff, takes prides in his work and is a very friendly person. He pressure washed the driveway, walkway, patio, sidewalk, backyard concrete and also rinsed the walls and windows. The five-​star rating says it all.
I would recommend Zaid and his services in a heartbeat.

I used ClearPath to pressure wash my driveway and entire backyard (mostly stamped concrete). Additionally, they were able to re-​seal all of the concrete which was badly needed and probably would have taken me several days to do a mediocre job. The result was fantastic. It’s clean, looks so much better, and will be protected /​sealed for the next several years. Zaid was super easy to work with and did a great job. I think he might be the nicest person I’ve met. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Just had the best experience having some“artwork” removed from our sidewalk. They did a fantastic job and also took the initiative to clean the patio concrete. Amazing work and such a nice guy. Reliable, too.

I needed to have my driveway cleaned and so I called Zaid with Clear Path. He was able to give me an estimate over the phone. I had him come over the next day and he cleaned my driveway and walkway leading up to my front door. The price was really good and my driveway and walkway are no longer dirty. Definitely worth it. I will call him when I need my home washed next summer!
