Brent’s Plumbing & Water Heaters

I don’t usually give five stars and a glowing report, but Brent deserves both. Our water heater was out, we called him and he came the same afternoon (on New Year’s Eve!), checked the unit and got it running again. He told us what he was doing during his work, helped us to work out warranty details with the heater manufacturer and at the end gave us a one year warranty on his work. That speaks for itself, additionally the bill was very reasonable. He goes on our list of trusted contractors.

Brent came out on a Sunday to replace the thermocouple on my water heater — while the Niners were playing. He must be a Raider fan. Brent was fast, thorough and charged a reasonable price. In less than an hour after he arrived, hot water was flowing again! Also guaranteed his work for a year. He was also very thurough in explaining to me the work he was doing.

I called Brent’s Plumbing to ask about getting my garbage disposal replaced. (It was really old.) He gave me multiple options to find out my price range and then was able to get me one of the best available. He was able to come out that very same day to install it and take the old one. He did a great job at picking one out that is quiet and works great! He told me it has double the horsepower of my old one and it is awesome! It will chop up anything I put in there. That was about a month ago and I haven’t had any problems.
I also used him to fix my drain in my old house which turned out to be a way bigger problem than expected. Since my house didn’t have a clean out he had to make me one. He was at my house all day digging and fixing the problem. He even saved one of my plants that he had to dig up and put it back so there wouldn’t be a big blank spot in my yard. He was professional and good at problem solving, I would definetely recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.

I’m very satisfied with Brent’s Plumbing. He was very prompt in responding to my call regarding a leaking toilet. The toilet was repaired the same day, and I’ve had no issues ever since (it’s been over 2 months since his visit). Prior to leaving he even showed me how to adjust the settings on my water heater to help me save money on my gas bill. I’d definitely recommend this guy to anyone looking for an affordable, honest plumber.
