BAM – Buy A Mattress

Wonderful mattress. Bill was so friendly, accommodating and just an all around nice person. The whole experience was perfect from start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone.

We went to this location today as it was advertised as being open on Sundays. When we reached the front door, it was locked with a sign to call some number to be let inside. I called the number and was told that no one was there (on duty) today. These guys need to realize that being in business means BEING in business when advertised as being open.
1÷10÷16 — Bill C. from BAM contacted me shortly after this posting and apologized for the inconvenience. Yesterday he followed up with a note that their website had been changed to prevent a similar confusion in the future. I will contact him and discuss the purchase of a mattress.

GREAT PRICE! GREAT BEDS! GREAT PEOPLE! GREAT SLEEP! BAM!!! This place is amazing. If you’re looking for a mattress, Don’t want to be ripped off and break the bank by the bigger companies, Come here. Same great feel, Same great quality, without all the bull! Akrum was awesome. I work out in Palo Alto and he arranged and stayed longer at his show room to show me the different mattresses. I felt very comfortable with him. He asked me questions on my sleep patterns and positioning of my sleeping, and learned a lot from him as well.
I am so thankful for the great customer service and the one on one quality control with each individual customer. I went with a firm mattress, Their «Pacific Heights» model. They the essential beds for you to try at their show room. all you really need to see what bed fits for you and your liking.
Took less than 2 days to be ready and be picked up. Just got it and set it up and I am in love. A fraction of the cost of what I would of spent at the bigger name stores with a million beds to choose from and end up spending 1 – 2 thousand dollars. Try this place out. Give them a call and make an appointment. Really try and lay on the beds and see which bed is for you. I loved that Akrum does not try to push you or persuade you to buy any particular mattress, He genuinely cares about your sleep. And gets you the write bed just for you. Thanks again Akrum! I’ve been looking around to buy a mattress and box spring for my place and while doing so, I found BAM aka Buy A Mattress store. After talking to them by phone, I went down to see what products they had and found the mattress and box spring set I’ve been looking for. The price he quoted was reasonable as well as the delivery charge. Although, because of the good business he was doing, my delivery had to be delayed by a day, they nevertheless delivered the bed I saw earlier. They even unwrapped it and put my bed in place for me. This is a great place to buy a mattress and box spring at a good price and the sales person was very helpful. I would recommend this shop to my friends and family if they ever need to get a new bed. Thanks very much and it’s been a pleasure doing business with them!

I found BAM via Craigslist. I only have good things to say about the company and the mattress. I did not go to the store to test out the mattress, but I am happy with it. Akrum is easy to work with and his guys who delivered the mattress were very friendly and on-​time. Also, thanks Akrum for checking-​in to make sure I was satisfied with the order– I am!

Stopped by and pick out what I wanted. He shipped product in one day! I’m happy with product and the service.

Mattress is good. I went for the Fillmore which is fine, but, actually, wish I had upgraded 1 level up.

Found them on Craigslist and went ahead and tried them
Showed up at there location unexpected and was still helped out perfectly
Bed set is perfect for my little girl

We ordered a twin and Akrum was able to arrange delivery fast to SF. When the delivery team dropped off a full instead of a twin, he ensured we got a replacement within a week.

I just bought a mattress with delivery from Akrum at BAM and got the best deal in the Bay Area. I had been looking for weeks, when I finally stumbled upon their ad. I called, drove to their show room (which was a bit hard to find), and purchased my mattress within 5 minutes of walking through the door. They did not have a huge selection, but that was fine with me, there was just enough to suit everyones likings.
I noticed others said to go there first, I agree!
Go there first to save time and money!
Overall, I am pleased with the price and service. I will definitely be going back to them in the future.

Was able to work within my price range and my delivery options. I needed the delivery late in the day and BAM, specifically Akrum, went out of his way to work with me. When I need a bed, I am going to BAM!

I got to know about them through radio and craigslist. They were very helpful during the whole purchase process and even after that. The delivered spring box was not according to satisfaction, they replaced it within 2 days. Akrum is quite helpful and on his toes to get customers satisfied. I would definitely recommend this business.

I purchased one queen mattress and two twin mattresses and I was very happy with the experience. Akrum was extremely helpful and was able to answer all my questions plus give me a good deal. He even delivered the twin mattresses himself (or rather his brother helped him) without charge. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.
