Four Paws Only

Terrible! Absolutely terrible! I took my dog here a while ago for a hair cut. I specifically asked them NOT to clip his nails because I did it 3 days prior. They clipped them any way, which they charged for. Every single nail had the quick nicked and he was bleeding-​they didn’t even attempt to stop the blood. They also cut off– literally– his nipple. I was livid. They did nothing to diffuse or make the situation right.
I was talking to another islander about the situation and they knew, without me saying what groomer it was, they knew who it was. She says they have many horror stories about safety concerns that she has heard.
My dog is terrified of the groomers now and won’t let anyone clip his nails. I never had issues with him before this trip. But now because he won’t let me clip his nails, I have to get them professionally done every 2 to 3 weeks (obviously with a different groomer).
I do not recommend this establishment. And yes, I filed a complaint with the better business bureau.
