Great food. Fresh ingredients. We like this place and never had any problems with quality of food. Beats any burger place. You never feel guilty for your health after eating here!

Chipotle, because if it’s a Monday night or it’s not your 10th anniversary, this is where you go. I am seeing a lot of complaints about the Freehold location and I am perplexed. I get takeout from here about once a week or so. I order online, pick a time, and go get it. I have never had one problem, I never wait more than a couple of minutes, and my food is hot and fresh. Are you going to wait in line if you order instore? Yes. This place is ridiculously popular and there is usually a line. That being said, the workers seem quite efficient and generous with the portions. If you don’t take the time to do your order online, don’t complain when you get there. My favorite is the barbacoa. It’s like a pulled beef. I tried the steak, but it’s cubed rather than slow cooked and tends to be tough. So try that, people. I get mostly all of the toppings except for the very hot red sauce. That will give you heartburn long into the night. Chips are thin and lightly salted, guacamole always seems fresh, so that side is a good value. One time the guacamole was salty and I was a bit disappointed, so watch out for that, Chipotle workers. Employees are courteous and nice. Good job!

I love chipotle as in I eat at a Chipotle at least twice a week and have been since their very beginnings in NyC. This is by far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. m and it’s that way all the time. Management is terrible, the staff is terrible, the restaurant is not well kept, the food portions are off, the line is always out the door cause they’re slow as heck, and last but not least they’re always running out of food like fajitas, chicken, rice. Just the important things. Very poorly run and I’ve also noticed very high turnover which tells me across the board it’s a management problem, Anyway enough of my rant I just wish it was better, and it probably could be if they hired better people from the top down.

I really like Chipotle; however I really very strongly dislike this Freehold location. It’s SLOW(which is probably one of the Worst things ever for a busy Chipotle location like this) and food orders are never made the way you want. It’s even slow to actually purchase your food when there is no line… The Only reason I continue to go here is because of convenience. If you’re the type who gets annoyed by having to repeat yourself to correct an order, and by waiting for slow employees while others seem like they’re hanging out in the kitchen, SKIP this place. Go to Dusal’s pizza right next door. Seriously, will complain to management next time. Both online and in person orders somehow Always have something off, which I can’t understand because I am either ordering something that is directly in front of my face or I’ve put everything I need in an online order with instructions. Don’t be afraid to be on the person’s ass about making your order.

Chipotle is Chipolte, I really don’t mind food since it is a franchise and the food tends to be fresh. The only concern I have is how the area where the line is and how the staff work. The placing of the tables are compact and the line waiting for the food could make the people who are eating at the tables a little uncomfortable, but the place is small so there is little one can do about it. On the other hand, some of the staff members are a little slow on the pick up of things when the line get pretty long and they tend to mix up the customers’ order. Other than that the place is fine.

My first visit to Chipotle. Honestly, I never thought about trying it out, today I heard a talk show host on the radio rave about it, so I decided why not try it out. Walking in it looked a bit weird with some of the tables resemble an office, in form of a desk, with little stools. While trying to stand out by looking different that’s fine! It just looks weird, just an opinion:-) Limited amount of tables and chairs and that is not for the lack of space or customers! Plenty of space, it is the way they set it up not very wise, you have customers coming in constantly but don’t have where to sit. To the owners if you’re reading this I’d suggest putting more tables by the wall:-) Food was absolutely yum, I had the pulled beef with brown beans and brown rice mixed with spicy salsa guacamole and sour cream. I will definitely be back and glad I checked them out

Working in Manhattan for the most part has spoiled me somewhat as to how fast a Chipotle should operate. The first time I visited this location wasn’t long after they had opened so I figured they were still working out the kinks and that the speed would improve over time. I’m happy to announce that NOTHING has changed! If it is possible, they are even slower now that when they first opened! When I arrived today, there were about 15 people waiting on line. In the city, this is a 10 minute wait at best. Here I stood for almost a half hour! Of course, when they got to my very burrito, they run out of chicken!!! There is a non stop line here. How the fu@# do you run out of chicken??? Had to wait for the girl to slice more. You should have seen her get to it! She was slicing that chicken like she was going to the electric chair! I could have moved faster in my sleep! There is little organization here and seems like zero motivation as well! The seating here is minimal and poorly laid out. I don’t recommend eating in here because the lack of seating is a problem. Food quality is on a par for Chipotle, so if you have around 2 hours to kill, you can stop in for take out!
