Carpet Centers of NJ

My carpeting turned out absolutely gorgeous ! I constantly get comments on the plush quality and of my stairway, family room, hallways and 3 bedrooms. I would highly recommend carpet centers of nj and their owner Susan Gibbs!

After a long and arduous process of buying our first home, I was struck with the sudden realization: there was a reason the previous owners kept the windows open to show the bedrooms to potential buyers, it smelled like a wet dog. Obviously, this had to go, since sleeping in a room that smelled like Lassie wasn’t a first choice.
CCoNJ was pretty great from beginning to end. I called to get a quote on a Thursday, and was pleasantly surprised: Susan, our sales rep (and I believe owner of the company) is as much of a night owl as myself, willing to schlep out to the house well after 5PM to show samples & take measurements. Best yet, she was very helpful and not too pushy, something I really appreciate. After a bit of waffling between what colors we wanted, the order was placed, with an expected installation date of the following week (it was a holiday weekend, so it kind of throws things off).
The contractors that came to install the carpet were absolutely fantastic, knocking the 1-​bedroom job out in about an hour without any issues. Super courteous and friendly as well. Aside from a slight scheduling issue that was sorted out, everything went flawlessly. Decent prices, great people, and professional installers — when the rest of the rooms need new carpeting (and they probably will), I’ll be coming back here.
