Love this store! Always a huge help! Everytime I go in the team is ready and willing to address any and all needs. The managers truly care about the customers and are always available to check in.

This store has always had poor customer service. It’s never good business to have a customer leave your store angry. They are only there to sell the next iPhone. We wasted our time today and every other time we’ve been to this location. They need someone at that store that cares about their customers, especially customers who have been with the company for 15+ years. Don’t waste your energy here!

I stopped in with my iPhone because the faceplate was cracked. Guy at the counter replaced a cover for free. Always great customer service and their staff goes above and beyond their duties. Highly recommend and I will use often in the future.

Stopped in to have them look at my phone because the earpiece was sounding tinny. I thought we had purchased these around Christmas of last year and after we saw that I purchased them in August of 2013 they were out of warranty. Mike got with the manager and they did a one time courtesy for me and replaced the phone. I was very impressed with the customer service I received at this store would definitely recommend.
