Five stars because they have the best selection of premium juices I’ve come across locally (liquid state, beard, cosmic fox, cuttwood) which is nice since most places tend to carry one or 2 well known brands. They appeared to have a decent selection of mods and tanks but I didn’t see anything Kangertech. I’ll definitely come back though as their prices for premium juices were pretty good.

I used to like this place until I went in a month or so ago to ask some questions about a new mod. I basically had an idea of what I for sure wanted and they kept trying to sell me extremely advanced shit and I almost had to beg them to just let me get what I wanted & leave.
For juices, I’d still more than likely come back, but that experience was horrible and to make matters worse, when I had an issue with a purchase they had no clue how to help me. I ended up calling another vape shop who was able to answer my questions.

I’ve been in several times and have no complaints. Friendly staff, helpful. I’ve tried a few online places to purchase accessories and juices. Decent selection of ejuice. Depending on who is behind the counter, they don’t mind helping a nubie with questions.

They sold my buddy who have never vaped before a mech mod and then would not even take it back. What the hell kind of shop sells an advanced device to a beginner? They obviously only care about the money not the customer. I bet they won’t be opened much longer if they keep doing shady stuff like this

Buyer beware. This place has a 7 day return policy. In the course of a few weeks I spent close to $ 300 on products. Spent $ 70 on an eLeaf 50w iStick only to have the LED stop functioning 2 weeks later. This is available online for $ 45 or less but I was trying to support a local shop. They were only willing to give me 50% off any store item if I returned the damaged eLeaf. Contacted eLeaf myself and was able to replace product at no cost except for shipping to California. These guys are nice, but if it breaks after 1 week, they are no help. I will continue to shop online for future vaping supplies and this place won’t get any more of my business.

This place is AMAZING! I went there yesterday and tried out the oxygen bar. I had never done such a thing but the guys there were very helpful. The oxygen bar experience was better than I had read about and while getting my oxygen on I got to watch some superb customer service going on with not just one or two customers but every one that came in the door. I arrived sore and feeling like yuck and left refreshed and relaxed. Last night was probably one of the best nights sleep in a long time. Great jobs guys and can’t wait to visit again. PS. I will be brining friends!
