This Toys R Us has the friendliest employes and is super clean. Needless to say I was impressed when I walked in.

Every time we come here and try to use a coupon, even a toysrus one, it’s constantly an issue. The managers are always having to come over and fix it. One of the last times we went, the cashier forgot to remove all of the security tags, she just laughed about it, it was a hassle not funny. The baby section isn’t bad but certainly could be bigger.

I love this toys r us and can’t believe that it has such bad reviews. I love the staff there they are VERY helpful. They have gone above and beyond to help me even though it took them to actually go and look for me. It’s also very clean and be a little confusing at first but its very nice

Haven’t been to this Toy R Us for a while. Happily impressed. Aisles were relatively clean, no carts blocking or near the exits/entrance doors. Stockers were friendly and very helpful asked if I need help before I decided to go back to them and ask for help. One 2 cashier up front but they were able to handle the volume as it built up and slowed down. Went on a Friday night 7Mar2014. Cashiers did NOT have attitudes, and were helpful and friendly. I could have done without the sales pitch, no I don’t want to give you my zip code, email address, or sign up for a credit card. Other than that I was impressed, not sure if they ALL went thru retraining, new manager, or what but everything looked like it was together. The 2 male stockrt were especially helpful. I was looking for Paw Patrol items(a new kids show), they were able to let me know they are in high demand and just now coming to market. Saved me the trip of looking for something that wasn’t there. Over all excellent job.

I visited this store last night in search of a baby shower gift for my sister in law. This will be her first child and i wanted to get her something special! i of course wanted to get baby clothes! You can’t go wrong! Well after discussing with my husband the gifts I wanted to give her, he said we were going in the wrong direction! Her sisters, aunts and friends were all giving her baby clothes. «Why don’t we get her something the baby won’t grow out of» my husband says. So that’s what we did! We bypassed all the kids clothing stores and headed for Toys R Us. We figured great learning toys! We decided on the Baby Einsteins DVD pack! The store wasn’t too busy which was good for the customer service! We had 4 different employees ask if they could help us find anything. By the 4th time, we complied. The young lady was so helpful with explaining the item we were interested in along with pricing and return policy.(Even though we did not ask) As we were leaving after checking out, we walked by the customer service desk. The employee behind the desk(who looked extremely busy) dropped what she was doing and told us to have a great evening and thank you for shopping with them! Made us feel great about our decision! We will definitely be back!

All the workers here are basically DMV rejects and angry about it. I’ve been told before that the«stockers aren’t on duty» and couldn’t be helped. Today I was waved over like cattle and had fingers snapped at me. I was lectured about the exchange policy even though I had an unopened item with a 7 day old receipt. Whatever, Toys r Us. That was the last you’ll see of me in your condemned store. Amazon will crush you like a shi* filled pest. I won’t miss navigating the horrid crush of carts in your horribly designed bottle necked store anyway.
