NextCare Urgent Care

I have gone to this location two times in two weeks, and overall am pleased. The reception staff person, Robert, has always been very pleasant and polite, which helps when you are not feeling well! The actual provider/​Doctor Jessica has also been great! She is open and tells you what she is thinking (what treatment course and why, as well as instructions if things don’t improve etc.) I only experienced one person, on one of the visits (yesterday/“nurse”) who needed some attitude adjustments, but I try to remember that it may have just been a bad day for her. FYI: both days I went in happened to be Tuesdays, but one was around 7pm and yesterday around noon. Both times the entire process took about a hour from walk in to leaving. I would recommend giving this place a try for urgent/​acute types of issues.

I would not recommend this place. We have been a couple of times and the Nurse practitioner we saw has zero bedside manner and doesn’t act in a professional manner. It’s a waste of your time and money.

The worst ever, went in for cough and cold, the physician prescribed meds after taking them no change, called to see if they could maybe prescribed another antibiotic, got routed to an 800 number the answering service said the Dr. Will call, 5 hrs later no call decided to drive to the place. Told them had called earlier, I think the lady on the front desk I think her name was «maria» said oh yeah! I see you called, we’re busy though!. Ok a simple call or at least a sorry? Instead she tells me its pay the copay again, after I told her I was just there. and still their previous diagnosis and prescription did not work she says oh the Dr. On duty its a different Dr. He can’t go by the recommendation of the previous Dr. This is the main Dr that’s There. Obviously this Dr. Does not trust his fellow Drs diagnosis. Finally I said ok I will pay the copay «again» to redo what they had a couple of days earlier, «annoying» I asked the lady Maria, how long will it be? There are 3 persons waiting, I wanted an estimate she says I don’t know! I replied an hour? 2? she says don’t know! At that point I became really annoyed and would not want a supposedly «proffesional medical» facility, looking after my healthcare needs or giving them my business… So if you want a place that Will not do their best for your well being or health, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IN THIS PLACE! THEY JUST WANT TO GET PAID! WHIOUT PROVIDING GOOD SERVICE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.
