McDonald’s

«Fast Food» equals slow service. Worst service I have seen in a McDonald’s franchise.

Ive been meaning to write a review for some time:
Problems:
The food is never fresh.
I always have to wait in the drive-​thru, or pull forward, even late at night and for an item or two.
The milkshake machine is always down.
The food isn’t always warm.
Always check the bag because they often times don’t fulfill the order completely.
The employees are hit or miss, some nice but most aren’t.
There is no management control, as the employees goof around all the time and I watch them as I’m waiting for my «fast» food.
The Good:
It’s.food? Not much else is good about this McDonald’s.

This place is not for me…
Iv been here a few times…
the few times i was here i usually get there two for a dollar apple pies, or one of their cheese burger with fries and a milkshake (maybe strawberry or vanilla I feel extra indulgent with myself). for drive thru the service is pretty slow… about a half an hour wait… which is ridiculous considering it being a fast food restaurant …

Check your bags every time. I made the mistake of going to this McDonald’s once again. Every time they ask you what sauces you want. And every time they conveniently forget. Or tell you they are in there when they aren’t. EVERY TIME. I’m already ashamed of going to a McDonald’s, and now I’m stressing over the stupid sauces they keep forgetting. How hard is it to get this right? (Spoiler alert: a 5 yr old could do it better). Save yourself the hassle and go down Chatham to the one on 3 and ferry rd. better service. Better, hotter food. And they don’t mess up the simplest of things.

Great food at this McDonalds! Pretty good service. Eat here every day and you will get fat as a giant Hog! Mmm, Big Mac’s and double quarter pounders loaded wit Fat and Carbs!
Greasy fries too!

I write this review as I wait and wait and wait on line so I can place my order. Then I know I will wait and wait and wait on line to get my food. My only salvation are the folks ahead of me that apparently have less patience and get off the line to leave and let me crawl one more position forward.
I go here because this is my closest McD’s, but it’s like this every time whether you go inside or use the drive-​thru. The inside regularly smells of urine. On the drive thru the person taking your order is usually a trainee and you have to repeat your order at least twice. Then packers usually forget something so don’t drive away too fast!
And wouldn’t you know, I had to park and walk inside for two straws today. It literally just happened as I was finishing up this review. I’m lovin’ it!
