Purchased a mattress over the phone. After doing some research I found out it was a terrible mattress — only 4 inches thick. Mattress warehouse charged me almost $ 500. A week prior to delivery and less than 24 hours after purchasing over the phone I called to cancel my order. The employee told me they only cancel orders if you go into store in person. I live out of state and bought mattress as a gift for my child. Buyer beware. Bad business practices.
