I ordered an item from their website but I decided to return it to this store. There was a long line (small store, so the line actually stretched to the front door). The employee asked me if the item had been opened and I said no, it had not. The employee proceeded to open the package in front of me anyway to check. It was hilariously rude. Either don’t ask me and check, or ask me and accept the answer! My goodness. Other people in line must’ve found this to be hilariously rude as well because I heard a couple snickers. I never set foot in this place again anyway. Overpriced *and* bad customer service.
