Terrible customer service. Was lied to by representative when signed contract for windows. Certain things promised to me were left out of contract. Then I was told they were not in contract and I had to pay an additional $ 2,500.

Great Place! The Staff is Friendly and helpful. was in there on 4 separate occasions in 4 Days getting supplies for a new patio for my mother. Delivery Driver was great very polite and put on a show for my 2 Year old nephew on the forklift. The Lady in the Garden Center (Penny) and the Ginger Bearded Forklift operator were super nice. I mean awesome people.

A young man named Steve walked me through the task of choosing a new exterior front door. His help, advice and experience was so helpful. He helped me understand the differences and benefits of each style. He also told me exactly how to measure and drew a diagram. Steve was a great lowes representatives and made my experience wonderful. I will be loyal to lowes after my experience.

They pretty much have anything you could want, but for some reason I prefer the Home Depot. There is no explanation for this, but one isn’t really needed.
