Cool place that is close to home which is a huge bonus. The inside of this location is very slick and upscale. They have tons of juices (their house brand) which are not bad at all. They also have a good selection of mods and hardware. They are pricier than sites on the web but then again they’re a b&M. The staff are super friendly and helpful which will keep me coming back in the future.

Went to store based on referal from a friend. Enployees are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with picking out what vape is right for you. The flavors are good, just wish they had some new ones to select from. I have been back several times with issues/​questions and they have been very helpful in explaining everything. I have since gotten two co-​workers to try AVAIL.

In the world of electronic cigarettes you’ll usually find NJoy, Blu, or very over priced Cigalike vaping devices that don’t work very well. Once you discover the world of Ego, Kgo, and mods, you’ll find that the internet is the only place that sells them. If something on the device breaks such as an atomizer, you’re out of luck for a week. This is no longer the case in Fredericksburg. Avail Vapor has a load of different flavor juices at moderately good prices, several different Ego devices, Mod clones, and Innokin vaping devices. They also sell parts in case something breaks or dies like atomizers and batteries. In the long run, the knowledgeable staff will save you money, because instead of making you buy a new device, they try to fix your current device with a new part. That is what customer service is supposed to look like. I recommend any vaper or smoker thinking about making the switch to check the place out. It is a VERY relaxed atmosphere, and nobody is in your face. They have 20 or so juices on the walls that you can try, so you’re in luck if you’re trying to find your flavor. Check the place out!

The staff is very helpful and also very knowledgeable. I also like that they are enthusiastic about the products they sell it gives you confidence that it’s a quality product. The store has a relaxed atmosphere and I was not at all intimidated as sometimes you can be when for instance you go to buy a cigar.
