Extremely rude — what appeared to be manager– when I asked for a donut box. He went on and on about it was going to cost me 2.00 for a box.
I had bought fritters so fitting them in a small bag was tough. After being lectured on wanting a box, I was happy to leave.
No way, I won’t return. Not worth it.

Amazing!!! The kolaches were to die for! Never have had one before but oh my gosh, so good. Mine had cream cheese in it. The coffee was tasty too! Highly recommend!

Kolaches were so good! The German sausage was made in Fredericksburg, so it is super fresh and delicious! Staff was extremely friendly and cared what you thought about the food. You can tell they take great care of their food and want to do a great job!

Hill Country Donuts and Kolaches is a MUST visit when in Fredericksburg. The owners are so sweet and kind. They have the best sausage and cheese kolaches I’ve ever had (I get the large). The quality sausage makes all the difference!
The bear claws, apple fritters, and glazed donuts are delicious.
