I will NEVER go to this place again! We went here to get my 5 yr old a haircut & when we left she said she NEVER wanted to get her haircut there again. The big lazy eyeore acting «stylist» had a attitude that she had to stop sweeping thr floor to cut hair & actually said I was trying to get the sweeping/​laundry done but u know & looks down at my daughter. They still had a hr before closing so it wasn’t like we came in the last minute. Then she says to my 5 yr old I bet u hate your hair bc of her curls. What a awful thing to say to anyone! She acted like eyeore the whole time, what a Debbie Downer! I was there to get my daughter’s hair cut not to hear her problems! I complained to corp.& was told I would be contacted by the owner & never heard a word. They will NEVER get my hard earned $$$ again & the haircut SUCKED!!!

See my check in regarding use of app. I understand that technology is not always reliable, but what amounted to a fifteen minute wait after driving over seems, well, beyond unreliable. Same thing happened last time I used the app to check in. The purpose of the online checkin is to give the customer an idea of how long they may have to sit and wait. Won’t be using the app. Because I jut won’t be back. I can wait at any of ten other places between here and my house. Don’t trust the online wait times in the app if you are planning to get a hair cut here.

For a budget chain, the ladies here do a really good job. I’ve had better haircuts here than at pricier salons. I also like that I can check in on the Great Clips app and avoid lines. I’m usually in and out within twenty minutes, which is great.
