I initially reviewed this buisness really negatively and though that review was valid at the time, the mistake has been forgiven.
I appreciate the attempt to make a mends and the apology I received seemed sincere. I do understand that mistakes happen and am going to chalk my experience with them up to a unfortunate series of events, that are not of the norm for them.

WHAT AN AMAZING STORE!!! This craftsman store shows local talent and the ability of craftsmen in the area to show their woodworking techniques. If you are in the area and shopping you NEED to stop at this store.
The quality and craftsmanship of all the items is so worthwhile… I don’t know how you walk out of here with out buying something.
