Eyes In The Burg

I have always had a similar experience as William, they are great! Dr. Gosset is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. They are a small office, I mean like micro, but they have top notch equipment and customer service. I started going there when I lived in Woodbridge and recently moved to Stafford, basically I have to drive at least 30 minutes out of my way to get to the office and I have no plans to switch. They really take the time to get to know their customers, not just their names. Perhaps what Mia perceived as stereotyping was just confusion since I’m sure they did not recognize the young woman in front of them and likely did not have any appointments for that time. I would enthusiastically recommend anyone to Eyes in The Burg, but only if you want a few new friends because after you leave you’ll probably have 3 more.

I’m sorry to hear of the experience of the previous reviewer. My own experience could not have been more different. I’m a black male who was referred to this establishment by a friend. I found Dr. Gossett to be personable, engaging, and patient. It was clear that I was much more than just another patient, she explained each test, the results, and what they meant for my overall health. I ordered some Rudy Project glasses, had two warranty issues that Michelle handled for me with no issues. Overall, excellent service from start to finish, highly recommend.
