Full Load per the pricing estimator online was $ 649 — picture of a full truck. When they filled half the truck told me that was $ 649. WHAT? This was not explained. Now I still have items to haul away. you are gonna do better renting a U-​haul and finding some help. They will be faster and much better priced. Local boss advised he would give me $ 10 off (online) and then honor 25% off code. That didn’t happen. Let’s do math…$ 649-​$ 10 = $ 639 then 25% off that would be $ 639-​$ 159.75 = $ 479.25. How and why did I pay $ 549? Total bogus pricing structure. The picture online show a full truck and same size as one i had. but I am getting charged for a full load based on a half a load based on online. This was not explained. The explanation is that the pics online are 8 ft trucks and the one i had was a 16 ft truck. there was no indication of anything around that on the internet. Look at my pictures. please someone explain to me how I am misunderstanding this. Will continue to tweet and FB the local franchise as well as corporate offices.
