Lift spring on my mother’s garage door broke through the night. Called Automatic Overhead Door Company first thing in the morning, 9 am. On the phone, I was very pleased with the service that was given. Garage door mechanic showed up early afternoon on the same day, 1 pm. The gentleman was very friendly and professional, he had all the parts to get the door fixed and was in and out in 45 minutes. The door works better than ever! No more noise and hesitations while lifting, smooth and easy! I would be more than willing to refer Automatic Overhead Door Company to anyone that needs their services!

I called first thing at 8:00 am on Friday as my garage would not open prior to that. After pulling out the instruction manual and calling the 800 number for Liftmaster, it routed me to this company. I asked what was the soonest they could come after calling around to a few places and they said they would try to get to me on the same day. I had asked for a 10 min notice so I could get home to meet them. They honored that request and sent over 2 techs to take a look and although they were assigned to commercial and not residential, they diagnosed the issue and went to get a part. Since I needed to get back to work quickly, they had someone deliver the part to them halfway from their office. This was quick and efficient and I thank them for responding quickly as I have never had that kind of service at all in this small town.

I called automatic overhead door after getting a recommendation from a coworker. When I called at 8AM on a Monday expecting to hear that it would be a couple of days before they could come out and do an estimate, they told me to my surprise they could be out in the next few hours to check it out. Within the hour I received a call that a tech was at my home waiting to diagnose the problem and asked if they could proceed. I gave them the ok and to my amazement, the tech was gone before I got home and my garage door was working perfectly. I called to get the total and it was only $ 86 after a quote of $ 91. That was amazing service and done in a flash.

Needed a repair on a door they installed. Took weeks to get it done and then only after I called. It took some prodding to even get an apology. They charged my credit card before doing the work and needed three trips and an extra fee to finally fix it. BBB here I come.
