We used Carlos’ team to finish our basement. He came highly recommended to us by a friend, and was the only contractor to point out a potential mold issue. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and was exceptionally communicative during the process. The project did take much longer to finish than planned, in part because we wanted to make added improvements (i.e. we hadn’t planned for a light in the stairwell and didn’t realize until later that the other room lights weren’t going to be sufficient; the new stairwell light exposed serious flaws in the drywall that hadn’t been addressed). But in the end, Carlos addressed all of our concerns to our satisfaction and I believe him to be an honest broker. (The vinyl plank flooring is Shaws Classico from Clawes Carpet in Oakton; carpet from Home Depot.)

I had my basement finished by Carlos and the results were more than I expected. He was willing to work with me on the price and got me discounts on flooring. They were always on time and kept the work space clean. I would defiantly recommend this company.
