Something about this store does not appeal to me as much as the other craft stores in or around this area. The place has a kind of cold, weird vibe and the staff is a little awkward too. Their presence around the store is borderline non existent and there is usually only 1 line open so its slow. I only come here when I passed the other craft stores or cant find something specific in other craft stores. Nothing prompts me to shop here regularly

I dont think i have ever been to that store and received good customer service. Dont bother them while they are stocking shelve. they must all be relatives, Why else would the hire these people.

A lot has changed since my first review in 2009. I vowed not to go back but this year I was shopping around for some things and they were the closest. I had no problems with staff, pricing, or the check out. Now I have been back at least another ten times and there has been no problems. The staff is very friendly now. It is such a big difference!
