If I could give zero stars I would have! This place severely lacks customer service skills from the sales associate to the owner. Nothing but attitude from the sales associate during my 3 visits to the store. She was much more interested it chatting it up with male customers than even acknowledging that there were other clients waiting to be helped and when I was able to get her attention she acted like she was doing us a favor by speaking with us. The owner apparently doesn’t have daycare and was preoccupied with his kid and told me that the service I had requested wasn’t a priority and he was busy with other clients that were just walking in. He said he would get to what I needed whenever he felt like it — after I had already waited over 4 hours for something I had been told would take an hour! If these are the kind of people Verizon is letting represent them I’m going to seriously consider changing carriers! Horrible!!!

Nasar and Asad saved the day! Going to the Verizon Store in the past has been a treacherous activity. I was in and out with a new iPhone within 30 minutes; no questions asked. I highly recommend skipping the Route 40 store and giving these fellas your business. They are incredibly easy going, personable and will do whatever it takes to make sure you’re taken care of.
Take my word for it!

The store owner worked with us on our phones. He answered all our questions and went above and beyond to show us how to use the new features on our new note 5. He was very personable and made me feel like a happy customer. He helped make the transition from sprint to Verizon that much better. Thanks Nes you and your store rock!!!

Superior customer service; by far the best I’ve received at a Verizon store. The store manager walked me through the process of switching my cell service from one account to another AND filing an insurance claim for my damaged iPhone.
The entire process could have been extremely burdonsome but the manager went way above and beyond to simplify everything. This saved me a ton of time and with my insanely busy schedule, it was so appreciated.
This will be my go-​to Verizon store in the future.

Awesome service! Wouldn’t go anywhere else to get a phone again. Furthermore Verizon has by far the best service in the dmv area.
The guys at this store were super helpful in setting me up with a new phone and a reasonably priced plan to go with it. You don’t get this level of service everywhere.
