TCC, Verizon Premium Wireless Retailer

STAY AWAY. First off, to be clear this is not a Verizon store. This store is TCC (The Cellular Connection), the actual Verizon store is off Rt. 40. This store (TCC) is in business to sell over priced accessories. I went to buy my wife a new phone here for Christmas and I was lied to that I was required to purchase a bundle of accessories ($ 200) in order to get a «lower monthly line rate» for the new phone. This was simple not the true. When I went to return the accessories later that day I was told I had to come back another day when there is a manager. I was also charged extra insurance coverage that I declined multiple times. After 10+ hours of multiple visits to the store, calling cooperate, and calling/​emailing the manager multiple times I got my refund (yes they couldn’t just credit my account). I had to wait another 45 days for them to mail me a check for the bogus insurance fee they tried to charge me. All I wanted was a phone!!! I was ripped off and it was a huge pain in my butt. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else!!!
