Daryl Albright is fantastic! Do not hesitate to contact for home or office. He came out on a Sunday for emergency service and waited on the repairs until we could make an informed decision. Very professional and cost conscious.

These guys are on the ball. Stupidly, we were cleaning the kitchen and put about a pound of macaroni salad down the disposal. Lo and behold, the kitchen drain line clogged up-​on Saturday night. I spent about two and a half hours plunging, snaking and trying home remedies to clear the line with no luck. I called Mr Rooter Sunday morning to have a pro come out. Darryl showed up within an hour of my call, was professional in his appearance and demeanor. The first thing he did was put on protective booties so he didn’t track anything in the house, he offered a number of good tips and suggestions also. He ended up using a power rooter to clear the line. He cleaned up after himself and secured all the fittings under the sink to prevent any leaks. Problem solved! Not inexpensive, but we got what we paid for in terms of service. Great customer service too from a person who cared about what they were doing.

I felt very comfortable, I was not nickel and dimed like I have been from most businesses, since becoming a home owner almost twenty years ago. I was more then happy to purchase the 5 year advantage plan, which allows you to take advantage of discounted prices. I plan to use them again. Very neat and very respectful of my property. A couple of days later I received a card thanking them for my business who does that? lol

I called around 10:45, they showed up at noon. The guys that came were super professional, friendly, and efficient. I will recommend their service to everyone I know!

When at a loss as to who to call for a plumbing problem during Hurricane Sandy, I turned to

I was so pleased with these GENTLEMEN (I believe that covers these «technicians» in describing them as tradespeople and PEOPLE) that I had no qualms at all in contacting them for a second time. I am an older member of the community. I have learned the hard way that there are MANY «tradespeople» who LOVE to receive a call from a person who is not totally versed on how things, such as plumbing, work. For probably 75% of the population, DIY is viable. Unfortunately, I am not one of them. I was fortunate to have the same great plumbers arrive. I had a leak; a dripping faucet. In the past, I had contacted several handymen, inquiring as to HOW to proceed. I had been told that I needed a new sink; a new faucet; everything SHORT of replacing the entire pipework in the house.
Thanks again to Unilocal; I called Mr. Rooter. My team arrived, again, promptly, even calling to tell me where they were enroute; NOT just that they were on their way. Within an hour following their arrival, they had done as before; made certain what the problem was; even checked for a secondary problem to make CERTAIN this was an isolated situation; finished the repair; showed me the damaged parts, handed me an invoice, and, like superman/​supermen, were on the way to save another «plumbing-​challenged» person.

Don from Mr. Rooter of Frederick was a great guy and very professional. Pricing was very reasonable for a weekend emergency drain cleaning. Very Satisfied and I like the fact that they are licensed plumbers. I plan on using them for my future plumbing needs. Don has a lot of experience with steam boilers (which I have), it’s hard to find guys that know anything about those now days. 5 Stars.
