Poorly cleaned compared to other kohls stores. Zbars all over on carpet. Mismates and repack all over that makes it impossible for a customer like me and previous lps to shop! The fitting rooms were horrendous!

My daughter found a pair of shoes she wanted, but there was no price. I found a sales associate and when she scanned them they came up item not found. She had never seen that before so she called over the store manager, Anil. He was so rude! He said since they wouldn’t scan he wouldn’t sell them to me. I then used my kohls app and found the shoes with the price, showing as available for store pick up. He said no he couldn’t sell them to me. Told me they could hold them and on Monday I could come back in and see if they could sell them to me or order them online. I was like wait, I can’t buy shoes that are on your shelf? Isn’t that why they are on the shelf? To be purchased? I don’t have time to come back Monday to see IF they can sell them to me! He then told the associate to take the shoes to the back room. He was rude the whole time! I then went to customer service and they were like«that is weird. We have a machine that can make a new tag for them». I went back to the shoe section and told the associate that I wanted the shoes because customer service was willing to help me. Got the shoes, went to customer service and it took them all of 30 seconds to find the item number and print a bar code! Meanwhile the jerk of a manager wasted 15 mins being a jerk and refusing to even try and find a solution!!! I asked at customer service if there was anyone else higher up I could speak to and they said no that Anil was the store manager. Well if he is the store manager it’s no wonder there are people reviewing saying there is bad customer service! He clearly has no idea what it means to provide decent customer service! It wasn’t just that he refused to sell me the shoes it was how he talked to me! Like I was gum on his shoe! It was ridiculous! I spend thousands at Kohls. But I will not be back to the Frederick location. Anil is a horrible manager and needs some re-training on the service industry! The 2 stars are for the 2 nice women at the customer service counter who actually helped a customer and found a solution!!!

I really like Kohls but lately they are so often out of smalls/mediums in my department! :(And the whole Kohls cash having an expiration date is pretty lame considering I’ve earned it. Employees are very friendly!

Typical Kohl’s-perhaps a bit smaller in size, selection, and with less organization than average. I haven’t had any issues with them so far, but did hear another customer complaining to management about a rude employee who apparently had no interest in doing her job. At the corporate level, I’m tired of the pricing games. And the clothing never seems to fit anyone in our family the way it does in most other stores. I’ve several times shrunken garments when carefully following washing instructions and beyond-cold water, gentle cycle, no dryer. And yes, the sales help pushing charge applications are annoying, but that’s common everywhere. I occasionally shop there along with Boscov’s and Macy’s.(Can’t tolerate the mildew at the local JC Penneys).

I used to love kohals! But the prices have gone up and the customer service way down! It’s hard to find things in the woman’s clothing section because things are just so messed around and dug threw, I need a new bra but not paying 50 $ for one! I go threw the home goods section just for fun every now and then, and most of the appliances have dust on them, not a big deal with me, but it dousent make the store look good. Dressing rooms have improved, so I feel a little more safe trying things on. But besides that, it’s just too expensive to shop there anymore.

I did find this place to be very expensive even with their 40% discount. Customer service is top notch. Store is clean including restroom.

I ordered an item from Kohl’s on Black Friday(two weeks ago). The order went through, they charged my card. Today, I got an email saying they cancelled my order. After talking with customer service, I guess they just went out of stock. There out of stock everywhere except Craigslist and ebay(now triple the price). I realize it’s such a small issue, but it was the only thing my little girl wanted for Christmas. Kohls did’t ruin my our holiday, but they have kinda put a damper on her Christmas.
