I’ve been shipping here for over a year now and i love the staff, they recognize me and are always helpful, respectful and nice. This is the best Fed Ex store i’ve ever been to. Keep up the good work, i can’t compliment them enough. This is the kind of store that makes me keep using Fed Ex, i feel like a lot of the other area stores should get customer service training from this location. Once again keep up the good work team!

Went to get about 100 pages laminated. It took them about 3 hours and they did a great job. Employees were helpful and polite. I will be going back!

This is a is a warm and friendly FedEx office, efficient and knowledgeable. I had not used a new class of service and had it explained to me. The lady who helped was most pleasant and certainly knew her business, returning to my hotel to tell associates about this office, since they all have papers to ship .

I have been to this location several times and each time my experience is worse than the last. The staff is not knowledgeable or helpful with print services. There is absolutely no understanding of current technology. The staff ranges from clueless to downright rude when they cannot answer a question. They must «share» employees with the Route 40 store as the negative reviews there pretty much sum up my experience at this location.
I will definitely make my way over to Staples or Office Depot the next time I need assistance with something of this nature. As for shipping? The good old Post Office works fine for me.
