Usually keep my reviews to food places, but I had to comment on how atrocious this place is. Not helpful, not knowledgable, socially awkward employees, not customer service focused, and just a plain terrible experience can be guaranteed if you find yourself here. I am done with this location and will NEVER return!

Quick, courteous service. Printed me some emergency business cards when I ran out on a road trip. Look like they have a pretty full range of services. A little expensive; but when you are in a bind, you don’t care!

The staff is not very knowledgable when it comes to printing. They are running their computers with Windows XP and Adobe CS3, so if you have any large print outs that you are working on in Illustrator, back save it so it’s compatible. The staff was not very friendly either. Their lack of competence, when it comes to printing, was very apparent when the clerk behind the counter didn’t know HOW to print the file. I had to walk her through the printing process on an outdated computer to which I was unfamiliar with on a program that is over 4 years old. They couldn’t open the .tif files that I had placed on my flash drive properly. They were able to print out two of my files, however, when it printed out they were in black and white instead of color and they weren’t the correct size. At this point I was fed up and decided to leave as it was clear, I was going to probably pay a lot of money for poor quality printing. My recommendation: Get an up-to-date OS with updated software and then hire competent people or at least train the people you have when it comes to printing because these people haven’t a clue what they are doing.
